PLS Check Cashers — Attraction in Plano

Like most people, I thought that Monday at 1:30pm would be a great time to cash a check at this pls store in Plano… I was sadly mistaken… the line was literally out the door and I didn’t have the ability to go to the pls I normally use…. So 30 min later I’m still only half way thru the line and I hear the in-store radio advertising station talk about the primary concerns of the location and the company…. I think they say fast four or five time’s….I could not believe that that was a point of Emphasis when I had not moved in at least 10 min… not sure why it took so long every one in line seemed ready and knowledgeable as to what they needed to get thru this process with out hassle…. I guess the word understaffed is an understatement…. Hopefully they will get it together and perform on level of the other Dallas/Plano locations the bar isn’t very high I was very disappointed however they did cash my check when a bank wouldn’t so I’m still glad the store is here just wish as a society we had...

Beatriz- Every time I go to a pls and I give them my DOB or any other info they immediately know my name I was in this plano neighborhood and my rent is due I had $1,000 in a money order and I missed the leasing office by 26 mins so I came back to cash the money order so I could throw it in the atm instead and pay inline. And I just didn’t like the way Beatriz made me feel by asking for my phone number and then saying do I have a different number because she couldn’t pull me and I said I’ve had the same number since 2017 and that at the other location they just take my number and call me by my name so it’s obvious that I’m in the system because I actually stop by every Friday at whatever location I can. And so she made me feel awkward by trying to accuse me of maybe it not being me or sometime of fraud or scam I didn’t like how she didn’t trust me especially after I come respectfully. I Use PLS to cash all of my payroll checks. Out of all the locations I have experienced. This one has by far exceeded my expectations in every single aspect. I have never once had long wait times no matter what time of the day it is. 9/10 when i go to this location I get to walk straight up to the window because there is no line. I have been to other locations where they have had more employees and their lines would steady be lined up to the door. In the off chance I've caught this location a little packed, they quickly move the line through handling all different kinds of services. PLS is still the best place to cash checks in regards to percentage they have charged me. This location is so well put together that I have driven 30 minutes to travel here. And it still saved me more time than the PLS ten minutes...
