One More Beauty Spa — Attraction in Providence

I would NOT recommend this business. I booked services through Groupon and had one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. • My appointments were canceled or mishandled four different times. The reasons varied from “not working Sundays” to personal issues, but it became a repeated pattern. • After confirming my appointment the night before, I drove over an hour only to arrive and find confusion — they only had one appointment noted instead of two, despite confirming both. • I was also told they only had two beds available, but the employee later confirmed there are actually four, which felt misleading. • The worst part: I was asked to show my Groupon to see what service was booked, which the employee photographed and sent to the owner. Even though no service was provided, my Groupon was marked as redeemed. The merchant later admitted they had “accidentally scanned” my Groupon, but by then, it was already redeemed and I was left with nothing after repeated cancellations and wasted time. This has been unprofessional, dishonest, and a huge inconvenience. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for reliable service. The employee working seemed like this is a reoccurring issues. -it was expired because when I initially booked it, they canceled and she stated, "she will honor the groupon". Then after I called her out her response was taken back! Girl bye!...

This is another Asian spa pampering treatment—and this one originates from Japan—that’s now made its way to lil' Rhody. To say I enjoyed the Scalp Head Spa treatment is an understatement—I SAVORED it. It was pure bliss for 70 minutes.

Seeing my scalp magnified before and after the treatment to compare the difference was a nice touch. Monee, the owner, even capped the whole session with a cup of fragrant, complimentary herbal tea.

If you prioritize self-care and love tuning out the world while being pampered, I highly recommend giving this treatment a try. I can only imagine this is how Japanese emperors and empresses were treated once upon a time, and now I, a commoner from Rhode Island, get to experience it too! :) I must have really loved it because I bought a package of three future treatments on the spot—and one gift card for my husband—at a good discount.

This is the real deal. Don’t fall for those salon "extended shampoo and massage" services masquerading as head spa treatments in shampoo chairs. Not even close.

My mom and I went in for a girls day to get the Premium Japanese Scalp Therapy and it was incredible. It was so relaxing, the atmosphere was wonderful and I will definitely be going back. During the treatment we also go some massage treatments as well which was a nice addition. We had a facial treatment and it left my skin looking so healthy and rejuvenated. After leaving my scalp feels so health and refreshed, my hair looks amazing and shiny and we cannot wait to go back!!!...
