Terra Nossa Brazilian Grill Providence Place — Restaurant in Providence

Last weekend, (last Saturday 04/27/2024), I went to Terra Nossa Brazilian Grill for the first time at Providence Place Mall located on the 3rd floor with the rest of the food court. The first time that I visited the establishment I really didn’t know how to order because I was not at all familiar with their menu. I really disliked being that, “confused/ complicated customer” but Nathally was very patient with me despite me confusing her at times here and there. Beyond amazing customer service skills, Nathally is a SUPER SWEETHEART and very extremely beautiful. She is very kind, attentive, great with communication, did her best to explain the menu in which I understood it a lot better & she was even gracious enough to give me a spectacular brief background of the restaurant history and information about the menu, like how fresh, well cooked and taking care of the meat is here. She was very informative, she portioned my food GREAT and packed it amazing. Their takeout trays are not to be underestimated. I had my food in a plastic bag on my way to the parking lot, hoping that my food was closed and protected, and not spilling, but when I got to the parking lot and checked on my food, it was completely fine, sealed, protected, and still portioned beautifully.

While eating, the food also gave a healthy feeling. Tastes SO DELICIOUSLY AMAZING & TASTY! And it’s very much giving #1 Brazilian Restaurant, very much so. PERIOD. Honestly, I’m not gonna lie. I haven’t had food so good like that, in a while.

Gustavo, I am very pleased, impressed and grateful that not only is he genuinely kind but his customer service skills are astronomically patient and really amazing. His energy is always up, he’s always very attentive, he makes sure the customers get all that they need and are paying for. He has a great attitude and he communicates with his team very well. Honestly it is amazing you have workers like him especially in this time, day and age.

The entire restaurant is amazing OVERALL. I kept telling everybody about this place because not only is the service THE BEST but when I tell you this food, this food is so amazing! REAL authentic Brazilian food especially including the meats at very AFFORDABLE PRICES. Brazil has literally come to you in Prov, EAT! I couldn’t resist and so I went back today for Round 2. I went back today, Saturday (05/04/2024). This time, Nathally packed my food even better and greater. She was also generously kind enough to ask me if i’d like any drinks and of course you must also try the drinks at  Terra Nossa Brazilian Grill. Their drinks are fresh for one example like they’re freshly squeezed and made orange juice. Their other drinks are also amazing, delicious and VERY refreshing especially on a hot day. I’m so grateful and definitely going to grub so good. She also gave me a free delicious chocolate sprinkled dessert treat. It’s called Brigadeiro aka a Traditional Brazilian Dessert, which was my first time trying and it’s SO DELICIOUS. This time, I definitely added extra extra more food than the last time. Money well spent and damn well worth it.

Thank you so much again Nathally and Gustavo, you both deserve a raise and/or some kind of recognition. I really appreciate both of your patience, kindness and customer service. Terra Nossa Brazilian Grill is THE BEST but Nathally and Gustavo, you both are THE GOATS! Not only does the food want me going back there but they give off a welcoming aura that’d make anyone go back even multiple times in a week. Google is only allowing me to rate this restaurant 5 stars, but not only should this restaurant be over 10 STARS, this restaurant should be in an official building establishment not at Prov Mall because I think their food exceeds even Prov Mall itself. This Brazilian restaurant definitely has the capability of branching out and doing extremely well beyond Prov Mall. I am so happy that I found this place and I look forward to going here more often. I will continue to put more people on and I’m manifesting great things for this Brazilian...

Not bad. You get to pick exactly what you’d like which is fun. Prices were reasonable in my opinion. The staff was helpful. They were out of hot sauce and it was a bit mild on its own. Picanha was good but the fatty part of it was about 40% of the meat. A little more than usual but the regular part of it was great and the meat was seasoned well. They had some chicken… stroganoff or something? It wasn’t bad.. I mean; it’s in a mall food court so it’s pretty easy to get to. I’d probably order a different meat option next time or maybe do vegetarian. Over all tho; good size for the cost. My mom and I arrived just five minutes after the restaurant closed, and the staff didn't inform us. We were excited to try this place as we don't have many Brazilian restaurants nearby. A guy was serving us at the buffet when I asked about coxinhas and pastel. Suddenly, a girl appeared and rudely said they were closing, switching to English even though we were speaking Portuguese. She TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS while we were still ordering.
