If I Am The Only Patron Who Called In A Order For Me To Pick Up, Or Order On Site In Person , It Should Not Take 30-45 Min Wait. If I Am Told On The Phone My Order Will Be Ready In 15 Mins. When I Arrive , I’m Told Told They are NOW STARTING MY ORDER. No! That Is Too Many Times And UNACCEPTABLE!

Their Hours Of Operation Are Different From Their Menu, Yelp and Goggle Maps, Etc.

They Have A Serious Issue With Their Landline. Close To Impossible To Get A Person To Pick Up Or The Phone Is Off The Hook, Or Goes To A VM That Tells The Caller The Box Is Full & Can Not Take Any More Messages. This Happens To Often & Very Frustrating.

Ordered 4 pies for delivery for the first time trying this place. Beef Wellington, southwest chicken or something like that, shrimp scampi or something like that, and a peaches and cream dessert pie, the Beef Wellington was ok taste wise the filling had like no substance to it it was more like a blended mash I didn't get one piece of steak or pepper. Not even a mushroom. The only thing that saved it was a little cup of gravy that came with it that I dipped it in. Then the peaches and cream I counted 4 pieces of peach in the whole thing the rest was runny White cream sauce that wasn't sweet at all not sure where the brown sugar they mentioned was but it wasn't in or on the pie. I gave my father the shrimp pie and he threw it away after bites saying there's no shrimp in it just a thick kinda sauce and some pasta. Local business in the beautiful Riverwalk district here in Reno. It is a sip and paint venue, and I must say this place has a really cool aesthetic compared to your average cafe. Staff is really nice and the business owner is very graceful and in all the time. The pricing is really good in today's economy. They do painting classes and hang up the canvases from the teachers or best paintings while having a good time with their own specialty cocktails. Coffee is good, very fresh but not unique compared to the other aspects of the business. They also don't have someone on staff who knows how to do latte art, which is kinda ironic. Food is very good tho with creative recipes and a French kinda menu. I've seen some inconsistency in my orders. But since it's a small business.
