I love Disc Replay. I've been coming for years. In fact, we moved to Chicago and still come back to this location when we visit Indiana. We love customer service . Everyone Disc Replay has been amazing so far. Until!!!
Today, my wife and I were browsing around for some Nintendo switch games and controllers and some movies. Selection wasn't the best for switch games, but honestly, I tell my wife, this is why I have an Xbox bc there are so many more games. We did, in fact, find a Mario game for the switch called Super Mario Wonder. We thought 49.99 for a used game was a little pricey bc brand new it's the same price. I do remember, Disc replay moto was to beat the competitors, and usually, when games are pre-owned, they are cheaper. So we went to the counter and asked if they would take any less since the game is used vs. brand new at the same price. The girl at the counter was not polite at Alllll!!!. We asked if they would take any less for the game since it was used . We even showed her on our phone that amazon and Walmart had the exact same game brand new at the same price. She said no. And then asked the stupidest question. "So do you still want it?" Gee, let me think, umm, no. Why would I pay the same price as a used game when I can get it brand new. To top it off She didnt ask us if we found everything we needed or told of us of any specials. I had to ask if they are still running any specials. Working in customer service can be tough, but it was at 1230 in the afternoon, and there were 5 people in the store. So overworked could not be the issue. Going forward, maybe a little nicer to paying customers . I will probably skip this location going forward and maybe try another location in the future.

Read moreI went in there two days in a row, both days I went in to see if they would buy some of my electronics and videogames and since I haven't been in there I didn't know anything about the store or what they bought. Not very friendly at all, asked what I had and I put the stuff out and he didn't even speak to tell me how the selling or trading credit works, he just set the paper down for me to sign my name and I did, and then he took the items he could sell and went to the back desk for probably 45 minutes without saying anything to me. Then came up and said what I could get for them. So I took it and left. The next day I came in really wanting to know more and ask some questions since it was the same guy and another guy who seemed to be talkative who were working. I came up and again very unfriendly, asked if they took certain items and they said no, and as I was browsing and obviously interested in a few items beyond my reach I felt like I shouldn't touch anything or ask anything because they seemed so cold and almost like I felt as if I was somebody they thought would steal so I felt as if I had an eye on me the whole time. I really don't think I'll be going back to this location again. Here's some advice, talk to your customers and ask them things and get some conversations started. Have fun at your job, and make sure people know everything about your...
Read moreThe store wasn't too happy with my previous review so I'll make a genuine one. I attempted to call the store prior to making the hour drive there as I wanted to trade some funko pops in. I was informed that they were unable to give me that information on the phone nothing they stated they could only relay this information in person. After making the drive there and they calculated their prices on my 31 funkos and 5+ oversized pops I received a measly offer of 120 cash. They then explained to me that they offer 30% face value for cash something that could've been relayed over the phone to save not only my time but theirs as well. A few pops I brought in were oversized zombie magneto, 3 anbu itachi, and 3 boruto Sasukes as well as a venomized torch. And this added up to over 120 for the 8 pops alone. So if your thinking of trading your pops in here be aware that they will only offer 30% value for cash. I declined there offer and plan on selling them myself. here are the pops in question I tried trading in to...
