Crumbl — Restaurant in Ross Township

I’ve given this location 2 tries and I’ve been disappointed both times. Most recently, tonight, I ordered cookies around 7pm, paid online and schedule pickup for 10pm when I got off of work. Upon arriving the girls are telling me to pick different cookies because the ones i already paid for were sold out. How could this be? The app allowed me to order the cookies, pay, and schedule a pickup time. Even if the cookies had sold out, (which they shouldn’t have if they knew they had orders for them later at night), the app should have notified me of the issue and saved me a trip out of my way after getting off of work. I believe the problem is with the app, but also the customer service both times i’ve had issues was sub par. The girls had no sympathy or customer service skills, neither offered to make it right in anyway and i left completely dissatisfied yet again. Will...

the cookies are usually great depending on what you get but the staff usually sucks. whoever manages and owns this place should tell the workers to actually check on the people/customers who walk in if they are standing right in front of the cash register because more than once I have stood for an insanely long time and its just as if the staff assumes that no one ever is going to want to place an order and pay cash or that theres never a need for help or a question somehow. the last time I was there I just awkwardly got out of line and places my order through one of the tablets because I happened to have my husbands card on my phone. But otherwise they will say hi from a distance and then hard core ignore you 100%. not a look...

So i placed and order during lunch time at work, after i placed the order, i called to tell them that i wasnt coming to get it til four i gave her my name the girl said it doesnt matter the time we make it when you get here.. which is not what i was told last time.. so 4 rolls around i get out of work hit the im here on my phone because i ordered throught the app and they tell me they gave it to some guy WHO HAD NO PROOF OF THE ORDER WHAT SO EVER AND I NEVER Specified for anyone to pick it up.. how do you just give someones order out to someone with no proof ? you all need to ask to see proof of the order before giving IT out..AND TO THE PERSON WHO TOOK MY ORDER HOPE YOU HAVE AN ALLERGY TO SOMETHING IN THOSE...
