Really friendly service, beautiful atmosphere and solid shareable dishes. The hanger steak and salad was my absolute favorite. So much flavor, the right amount of chili heat and so well prepared. The umami tomato jeow helped balance it all out. The wings were plump, crispy and seasoned nicely with so fresh sticky rice always hits the spot.

My only general critique would be that if you're looking for those iconic vibrant, zingy, deeply umami Thai flavors, this isn't the place, yet. All of the more prominent and unique flavors seemed to be muted or lost in the fusion flavors. The bourbon peach Sriracha tasted like apple butter more than Sriracha. Not sure what the chive tortellini was going for, but it was still tasty. The pad Thai high ball tasted like a regular mezcal margarita. The two cocktails we tried arrived a little underwhelming in presentation and flavor. The pandan banana pudding also just had the slightest hint of pandan if any. I really think we some slight tweaks they can continue to set themselves apart a bit more. Granted I'm not a business or restaurant owner, but I want to see this place thrive while finding their voice. It feels like an almost, but nothing to call me...

Tipsy Thaiger is a wonderful addition to Roswell. Atmosphere is calm & cozy. It is spacious with lots of vibrant art, beautiful brick walls and warm lighting.

We started off with a couple of cocktails, the Green Curry Sour and the Thai Spa. Both were absolutely fantastic, delicately balanced, well thought out, and made with unique ingredients that fit the vibe and set them apart from other places.

Into dinner we had the Lemongrass Wings, the Catfish Pad Ped, and the fish which was yellow snapper. The Lemongrass wings were whole wings, wing, drum, and tip. Served with their homemade bourbon peach Srircha but also pairs really well with one of their spice flights. I'd recommend the Chili Lime or the Thai Chili Jam. The Catfish Pad Ped was a highlight of the meal and was outstanding. The yellow snapper came out served on a the banana peel in which it was steamed. Seasoned and marinated with tumeric and chili paste this fish was flaky, earthy, spicy, & sweet with a touch of citrus on the finish.

In addition to great cocktails and food, the service was extremely accommodating, friendly and prompt.

If you're planning a night out in Roswell, try Tipsy Thaiger! We cannot wait...

My wife and I dined at Tispy Thaiger a few days ago and this was easily one of (if not the best) meals we've had in the Roswell area!

Our cocktails were great. My wife and I both enjoy whiskey/scotch -- the Grains of Gold was delicious (if a little on the strong side), and the Dance Doctor was quite refreshing. FOr food, the flavors were bold and complex - the appetizers were our favorites, including the Isaan Pork Jowl and Thaiger Salad - but our entrees were also delicious. We got the Crying Thaiger steak dish (recommendation - eat the steak with the greens, the acidity really livens up the steak) and the She-Crab Fried Rice. Final note on the food - you can order sauces on the side, and we loved the Thai Chili Jam, Chili Lime Sauce, and Prik Nam Pla.

Our server, Mon, was incredibly sweet and very helpful in providing suggestions. We spent the meal talking about how we want to bring friends and family. Can't...

Great experience on their “soft opening” weekend! Service was 5 star! The coconut appetizer is a big MUST try, what a fun new taste experience!! The steak dish was amazing, so was the crab fried rice, *chefs kiss*! Chicken wings were good (need a spicy sauce for dipping) , cabbage was ok (didn’t like the super sweet sauce with it). Desserts: Thai tea toast was unique and kind of fun, banana pudding was not sweet enough, would not re-order either dessert or the cabbage. The drinks were tasty and strong. All in all, we will be back to try the fish next, a few more apps, and please consider adding a wide noodle dish like “drunken noodles”, then we will come alllllll the time! xo 2 drinks 1 sparkling water 3 apps 2 entrees 2 desserts Right at $200

I highly recommend visiting Tipsy Thaiger because they gave my husband and I top notch service and the food/drinks/desserts were absolutely delicious and spectacular! Every bite and every sip was full of flavors authentic to the Thai food culture which I appreciate. I will be back again and again to try everything else in their menu! Tipsy Thaiger’s ambiance was inviting, upscaled and created such an intimate mood for us. It’s such a great restaurant to dine in for all occasions especially date nights in my opinion. So romantic! The staff were all professional, kind, responsive and made sure we were well taken cared for. I am so happy that there’s a Thai restaurant in the Roswell area and I hope they expand to other cities in the future.
