Summit Coffee is the newest coffee shop located in downtown Roswell, on the south side of Canton St/Atlanta St, very close to Roswell Mill. Summit is a North Carolina-based coffee shop and this is their first location in Georgia. The interiors have a contemporary artsy vibe, with a good amount of natural light provided by all the windows. I love the pop of color from the hexagon tiles near the front counter and the blush tiles near the fireplace. The fireplace makes for a truly cozy coffee shop! If you’re looking for coffee to-go or just in a hurry, ordering through their app was very simple, and it allows you to choose a pickup time frame. When I walked in I noticed a little shelf to the left of the regular line that says “mobile pickup”, and I stood there for about a minute, then someone brought my beverage over and placed it on the shelf, super convenient! I tried the Pumpkin Pie Latte hot and it was great. I noticed the price for a latte was a little more than some of the other coffee shops in the area, but there’s no upcharge for alternative milks like oat or almond. They serve and sell their own coffee beans, and I will certainly be picking up a bag in the future when I need to restock for the house. They also have other Summit merch items for sale at the shop. They have a pastry case with baked goods, and although I didn’t have time to try one, I most definitely will next time. Looks like they have beer and wine as well. Seating options are both inside and outside, and parking is behind the building, with a good amount of spots. I would visit Summit Coffee again, and see myself adding it to the list of places I meet up for coffee with my friends, great coffee and atmosphere, a lovely addition to Roswell. ~EATlanta

Summit Coffee has a laid-back and inviting vibe that makes it a perfect spot to relax, work, or catch up with friends. The interior is modern yet cozy, with ample natural light, wooden accents, and comfortable seating options. There’s a sense of warmth and community here, with both locals and newcomers feeling right at home. The space is well-designed, balancing a chic coffee shop aesthetic with a welcoming environment. Coffee & Menu Offerings: The coffee at Summit Coffee is exceptional, made from ethically sourced beans roasted to perfection. They offer a wide range of coffee options, from classic espresso drinks to pour-overs and cold brews. Each cup is expertly crafted, with a focus on quality and flavor. In addition to coffee, they also serve a selection of teas, smoothies, and seasonal drinks. The menu also includes light bites, such as pastries, sandwiches, and snacks, all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Service: The staff at Summit Coffee are friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. They take the time to ensure each drink is made to your liking and are happy to offer recommendations or answer any questions you might have. The service is consistently warm and attentive, contributing to the overall positive experience.

I’ve now been to Summit Coffee twice and both times have been better than I expected. The first time I ordered a Taylor Swift themed coffee which was delicious, and this time I ordered the Unicorn Lemonade. Both are so tasty and fun, both because of their names and flavors, that I can’t wait to see what they come up with next. The staff are just as equally wonderful; each time I’ve been greeted with warm smiles and friendly conversation. I never have felt like anything less than a friend when I stop in. The interior is relaxed and cozy, with seating both inside and out. I think it’s safe to say Summit Coffee has left a fantastic impression on me and I plan on making many more trip in the near future!

The perfect coffee shop to indulge in my favorite fall treat—pumpkin coffee. It captures the rich flavor of pumpkin without being overly sweet, making it just right. I paired it with a butter croissant, which was fresh and delicious. Service was quick, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The shop is dog-friendly and offers plenty of seating, both inside and outside, so you can relax with your coffee. For those seeking a bit of adventure, it’s also conveniently close to Vickery Creek and Old Mill Park, where you can enjoy a beautiful hike. Highly recommended!!! ☕️🥐🍁

I was pleasantly surprised to see this franchise made it down to Georgia after going to the original branch in Asheville a few days before. Things you should know: I. PARKING Behind the building is a shared parking lot with a fair amount of available, free spaces. II. SERVICE No complaints III. QUALITY Standard coffee, but the ambience and design of this cafe is what really pushed my rating. IV. CAPACITY Holy cow, busy. Just like the branch in Asheville, business is so good I had difficulty finding an available seat on a weekday morning.
