He stayes that i should wait across the street at the other bus stop. Should an bus driver tell the consumer who is boarding that the bus that the number is changing into another bus number. Instead of telling the consumer to wait across the street for them to come back around. When does the driver know when an passenger is getting off at what stop? The young man accused me of following him but asked me question where the VOA HOSPITAL was located at from the matherfield station. The black young male chase me around the car with the knife. The bus driver 75 allowed me to get back on the bus. While the young black male threaten to stab and poke me. He was headed toward the veteran barracks by the admin office. Called the police and made an report. 06022024 @ 4pm bus 2318 heavy black female driver stated to me while boarding the bus, if it wasnt for my child she wouldnt see me by mather, ca parks and recs...

3/2/25 Elk Grove drivers who "showed up to work" were awesome!!! RT is better Downtown so I had to move here instead of Elk Grove because too many drivers call in or quit. 1/8/24 UPDATE: To show that I'm not just a hater....today out of the clear blue, my bus not only showed up, but it showed up on time. I was utterly shocked! IF this happens all next week, I will increase my stars. UPDATE: Never gets any better!!! Every evening Elk Grove Transit lists a #12 as expected at 4:26pm but it NEVER shows up. After 4:26pm passes, all you see is Bus 12 expected in 30 minutes. I wish nothing but bad karma to every responsible party who does absolutely nothing to fix these issues. Not having enough staff is one thing, BUT indicating a bus is on the way when it's not is PATHETIC!!!. Sac Regional Transit between Elk Grove and Downtown Sacramento deserves negative stars. Hopelessly unreliable. I was told to try elkgrove transit online. FREQUENTLY that site will indicate, for example, that the bus will arrive in three minutes. So I stand and wait and no bus arrives. When I check the site again it will show the next scheduled bus in 26 minutes. USELESS!!!! Today I postponed an important call so I could get home first only to stand for 30 minutes waiting. DON'T MOVE TO ELK GROVE if getting Downtown is important to you. I'm already moving in a month after 3 miserable months with Sacramento Regional Lack of Transit. NOW their DRIVERS (the ones who actually decide to show up for work) ARE AWESOME!!!! VERY NICE TOO!!! IF I seem cranky, it's because still another morning I get up at 5am to get to work and no bus shows up.....😈👹👺 Here's a picture of where we stand at the Elk Grove Transit No-bus Stop.... Again, here's to hoping the worst for those responsible. We have plenty of time standing around to send out the negative thoughts. As always though, a HUGE thank you to the awesome drivers who do show up!!! 💜🤗 Hard to believe such a worthless transit system can attract such wonderful people to work for it. My first up close and personal experience with SAC RTT, was back in 2016, and applied to be a bus operator. I had been an operator a lifetime ago with a different agency. The trainees were very scary people! There's no vetting before entering their training classes, so any any everyone shows up! A big Somoan gut threatened me when I said something about the smoking! Another girl just out of jail had choice words for me too! All slovenly and unprofessional. It's just that the transit system I previously worked for, vetted likely trainees before we could even begin training! It was expected that we show up in training uniforms. A white shirt black slacker and tie black shoes, as though we were all in it together! A wonderful time! Fast forward to 2024, when I'm having to ride with RTT, it's buses and light rail, its a daunting experience. The drivers are scary people, they will pass you up, or leave without you, it's happened to me more than once! Just rude, like they're doing me a favor! With all of that being shared, there are been some amazing drivers, but they are the exception. Calling into customer service, is no better! The whole system seems unhappy, because they are! I think it's harder because I once did the same job. The training was very much customer service driven! Gangstas, pretty much Like...
