I am incredibly pleased with my recent Botox experience with Riley Worth at the Sugarhouse location. Recently having moved to the area from out of state, I was at a loss for where to look for the right Botox practitioner whom would be a good fit for me. I am thrilled to have found my new practitioner with Riley.
I have been getting Botox for about 3 years, and considered myself blessed to have had 2 very good practitioners prior whom I trusted to do my injections.
However, I can unequivocally say that my experience with Riley was the best experience Iâve had thus far. She is not only skilled as a therapeutic listener and communicator, she is also exceptionally skilled at her craft. I thoroughly appreciate her patient-centered skills as a nurse practitioner. She has an attentive and detailed approach to care while also maintaining a very relaxed, comfortable and easy going personality.
In terms of the Botox results, my recent injections gave me the best outcome Iâve ever had. Previously, with crows feet injections, Iâd experienced a resultant puckering under the eye which was not ideal. Rileyâs injections resulted in no puckering. Additionally, my glabella and forehead line injections resulted in a much more natural (and even) eyebrow lift than I had previously experienced.
As someone who utilizes Botox injections not only as a cosmetic investment but also for migraine prophylaxis, I appreciate having a provider whom is also a certified medical professional. And while I of course donât get the additional neck injections typically done by a neurologist, the facial injections alone make a tremendous difference in my migraine severity and frequency, and hence, my quality of life. The investment in the injections is as much for my physical and psychological health as it is for aesthetic value.
I am a nurse practitioner myself and felt it quite serendipitous to have been scheduled with Riley. I appreciate the wonderful work she has done on me and will continue to patron her...
Read moreI'm very happy with my experience so far. I just finished having laser hair removal on my underarms and lower legs (pretty much knee area down) and I am loving the results. Before Elase, I had thick black hair under my arms that would leave a dark shadow even after I shaved, and felt like it would start growing back by the minute. I would get painful ingrown hairs too. My dark leg hair used to be fast-growing and prickly, like a cactus. Having finished the treatments (which are usually every six weeks for a while), I am so pleased that my underarms and legs are almost completely hairless. I hardly ever shave these days, and even when there is a bit of growth, I have to look very closely to even see it. The hair itself has changed from being thick and black to being more like peach fuzz. It is so nice to be able to throw on a swimsuit, tanktop, shorts, etc and not have to worry about shaving at all. My skin is smooth and soft, and even the darkness under my arms disappeared. I'm so glad I made the decision to get laser hair removal, I highly recommend it!!!
About Elase, I was very happy that they honored my membership and allowed me to freeze/ pause my treatments during 2020. My esthetecians were very professional and friendly, however there were other girls there at the front desk who were the epitome of snobbish. It felt like they were looking down on you and judging you for no reason. That's pretty much my only criticism of Elase. Other than that I think the business itself is run very professionally. They are easy to contact through a variety of methods, including phone, email, and texts. The rooms are always clean and beautiful at the Sugarhouse location, which is where I always had my appointments. I recommend...
Read moreI left my appointment yesterday feeling really disappointed. It was my first time getting anything done and I had an appointment to get Botox done. The person who did my Botox wasnât very personable and didnât try to make me comfortable or confident. She didnât go over what to expect with my lip flip and she didnât tell me how many units she was putting where, I didnât feel like I really knew what was going on. I was also told the wrong price by the injector, so I was charged a different number when I went to go check out. I was really excited for this appointment and I just left feeling not so good about my experience. I felt like because I didnât want to spend a giant load of money that I wasnât given great service, I left feeling kind of dumb and looked down on. Iâve went with my mom to get procedures like this done in the past at a different establishment and it was a completely different experience. They were super friendly and very uplifting and genuinely tried to make you feel good about yourself and they seemed like they actually cared. I was really disappointed because I had read the reviews and thought it would be a good place to give my business too. I didnât receive one compliment while I was there and I felt rushed to leave, and I felt like my questions seemed dumb and unheard. It felt like I was just magically supposed to know everything about what was being done. I also donât think itâs right to make your clients get a minimum of 20 units injected. So if someone wanted just a lip flip, they couldnât do that? I donât know, doesnât seem right to me. Seems like a greed for money issue. Especially when questions werenât being answered and there wasnât really an overview of what...
