U.S. Nails & Pedicure Spa — Attraction in Salt Lake City

Ok where to begin, this place is just horrible. I have witnessed them reuse their paraffin wax. It was late when I came in and I saw their people dump used wax back into the wax tub that is totally disgusting and a serious health code violation. I am utterly flabbergasted that they are still in business. They have no personality and didn't even talk to me during the service. Not even one word. Talk about awkward silence and weird experience. They were only concerned with talking to one another in Vietnamese I believe and one of them was working on another customer and the whole time, I kid you not, she was on the phone with someone wedged between her shoulder and ear. Talk about service. These guys deserve a zero star in my book. I have never been to a salon before where they are yelling back at each other constantly, obviously they were upset at one another but come on, customers are here for relaxation, not to hear about your salon drama. Keep your drama at home. Never again and I advise anyone who reads this to never ever go here. Go somewhere else they are no good. Oh and I almost forgot. The pictures they have uploaded are not even from their salon. This is another salon and I'm pretty sure the nail pics are not even...

Not only were the manicure and pedicure I got here (the classic package) not good, I felt like they really didn't want me here. I brought my obviously ill mother in with me who uses a walker to get around and they were especially unkind to her. They had rolled up her leggings to do the exfoliating massage on her legs and at the end of doing the pedicure and manicure they had forgotten to roll her leggings back down, she went to roll them back down (she forgets things sometimes due to her brain cancer) and accidentally messed up a few of her nails.... the woman who had just completed her manicure not 60 seconds before completely chewed her out and berated her when it was a simple accident... This was after I had already paid and left them a nice tip. Just to top it all off, during the mani/Pedi the woman doing my mom's nails made a joke to imply that my mom was racist, I really didn't understand what this was all about.

One if the worst full set nail jobs I've had in my life. First off my nails have no shape, which I told her when he put on, and clipped the tips. She went ahead with the acrylic, saying she would shape and file more later, well needless to say it didn't work. She applied 2 coats of Shellac, nails looked like potatoes!!!!! So many lumps and waves and bumps!!!😤😤😤😤 the polish was running while drying, so you could see clumps (puddles of polish ) on my nails. She tried putting a top coat on and then a third coat. Wrong Answer‼️‼️‼️‼️. A mess, when the polish started coming off, she tried to buff off the top layers, and then went over them again !!!! It was awful. Looking for another place to fix these ratchet nails!!!! It make look like they're great , because they have great traffic, but trust my 26plus years of experience..... RUN...
