I went to get shoes for work, so I walked in. Nobody greeted me or acknowledge me when I came in, there was one girl, folding clothes and another two or three girls in a circle talking to each other behind the counter. I walked past them and still didnât greeted me nor they didnât ask if I needed help. Itâs my second time there and I didnât know where the shoes I wanted were, so I called my coworkers who had already got their shoes, to see where I could find them at. So after finding and choosing the shoes I wanted. I went to the cash register, the employees noticed that I had a voucher from work so they notify the manager. The Manager was a big gentleman and he also did not greet me, or see if anyone helped me. He just did what he needed to do to cash me out. He never once asked me if I wanted another pair shoes. If he had asked me I probably wouldâve gotten another pair also he forgot to remove the security magnet tag. Apparently I was supposed to get two receipts, and never got the second one. What makes it worse is that when my other coworkers went, they got better treatment then I did!?!? They were greeted, they were helped, and they were asked if they wanted another pair of shoes. I will not be going back!! I would give it no stars but I canât, also I probably wouldâve gotten better customer service at Walmart then at this Cavendars. I would have rather have gone to Walmart and get the 30 Dollar steel shoes Iâve always get. I mean the store wasnât busy and the way the manager handled, the service was terrible, and that was reflected with the...
Read moreSo I donât usually write these. We recently moved to San Angelo from Kansas. And my husband often buys all his wear from business such as yourself. But today my husband and I went into your store wanting to purchase a TWISTED-X DISTRESSED BROWN WALLET WITH the BLUE EMBROIDERED logo In your display case. During our time there. 4 employees were behind the register talking to themselves. I would understand if they were helping other customers but the store at this time was slightly slow and empty and they were Completely aware that we were interest in a item in the case. But continued to ignore us. We stood there for a good 10 mins looking straight at them. One even walked away. Along with our purchase would have been other large items from your store. But unfortunately we couldnât even get help with a simple item upfront in your display case. We eventually left without our items. And were welcomed down the street at a local business Blairâs Western wear 4230 Sherwood way. I know this may seem like only a simple review but customer service to us is highly recommended on how we view our purchases. Or where we purchase from. Iâm sorry we couldnât do business with your store today or any...
Read moreI went to Cavenderâs at 4:30 on a Wednesday afternoon. I was looking for short length jeans for my daughter. The first thing I noticed is that I walked in and I wasnât greeted by the numerous employees talking amongst themselves behind the cash stand. As we were walking through the store, we walked past another employee who also didnât greet us or ask if we needed help. Finally, an employee came to ask if she could help, but she was no help at all. She didnât know the size conversion for those funny number Jean sizes, she didnât help at all in where there could possibly be short sized jeans in the store. It may be an unfair assessment by myself if this location because I am comparing my experience with my many visits to Cavenderâs in Lubbock. At that store, you are immediately greeted with enthusiasm and the employees are always very knowledgeable about the many products they carry. If they donât know the answer, they are always quick find someone who can be of better assistance. Unless we have an emergency for Western wear, I will never return to...
