A friend referred me to Jamie and hands down booking with her was the BEST decision I've made for myself and self care!! Jamie was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. She made me feel very comfortable the moment I walked in. Plus the Medspa was absolutely gorgeous. Her room exceptionally clean and relaxing. Her consultation before treatment was so educational. She taught me so much in so little time without making me feel like I've been doing it all wrong. I've had a handful of facials and every time they tried to just push product on me. Jamie was not this way. She clearly explained her reasoning behind the products she likes and recommends. We talked about how we could create a plan for continuous care and shared many options we could go that would work out for both timing and financially. She shared personal experiences as well to make me feel comfortable about the treatment we were doing. I will highly recommend Jamie anytime and look forward to our next visit. This was my very FIRST facial, and boy, was it great! I was promptly greeted by the receptionist, Liezl, and she was a pleasure to have a conversation with! I’m fairly uneducated when it comes to skin care products and don’t really have a proper skin care routine. I was curious as to how to help my skin improve and what the necessary steps are to address my problem areas. My esthetician was Alex and she gave me an awesome first facial! She was VERY knowledgeable on all the procedures and explained how the products would help my skin! She has such a great touch and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure all while providing VIP service and educating me on all the skin care products that I would benefit from. I have been seeing Jamie for years and I cannot say enough good things. After 30 years, she has actually taught me to LOVE my skin. Is my skin perfect under her care? No way, but I feel like I know and understand it so much better. She provided a thorough roadmap addressing each of my skincare goals taking my specific budget into account and has shown me the truly beautiful side. Honestly, if you’re looking for a nice face massage and a scrub, Jamie is great, but you can get that a lot of places. But if are looking to get your skin to it’s very best, Jamie is the only one who has been able to do that for me.
