Hobart Building Office — Attraction in San Francisco

I really hate this office building. I've had a standing appointment at the Hobart building for almost 2 years. There are no bathrooms unless someone with a key lets you in. Which means if you have an appointment, you have to cut into your appointment time to pee even if you arrive early. The hallways are always overheated. The elevators never work and make anyone with motion sickness nauseous... not to mention the "rush hour" wait around 5/6pm. I just got yelled at for talking on my cell phone when walking into the building. No cell phones in the lobby. First I've heard of it and I've never seen a sign. I was a tenant here for 8 years and dutifully paid my rent and even the unexplained extra cost in the thousands of "Pass Throughs" , when billed. I gave my legal notice 30 days to leave but they refuse to give me back my initial deposit. After 60 days they said it was because the accountant was not on site. Then it was, at over ninety days, oh you did not pay your pass throughs. Not true.
