Read moreI was in the area to pick up a friend so that we could go see Demi Lovato in concert. She told me where to park and since it would be a little while, I decided just to stay in the car for a little bit. But after a while I realized that I might not be in the exact area she needed. So I texted her and was like hey just so I'm sure and you don't have to walk too far. Where exactly are you.. Tell me why she says look to your left and right If you see Yoda you're in the right spot. Now I'm fully confused baby. We ain't at Disneyland How I'm about to see Yoda. It takes me a little bit of time, because I thought it was actually a person. Literally it looked like a person because there were so many people in the area. But it was actually a Yoda statue standing very high so you can see it. A very lovely looking statue, mind you. And also a lot of vloggers, that was the group of people. People taking pictures and videos of the amazing statue. If you're ever in the area for some random reason, you might as...
Read moreNot too difficult to find if you use Google maps as the location is correct. I only mention this as there seem to be folk posting reviews on gmaps who are getting lost. The highlight is the building behind the fountain. There’s no signs, it’s not advertised, and you’ll feel like you’re intruding if you walk in, but it’s the main lobby for Lucasfilm. Lots of Star Wars models and memorabilia. A lot are behind glass cases which make taking photos difficult because of reflections, but it’s still cool to see. There’s a sad looking BB-8 on a shelf too. When I was there in August 2018, there was a large advert for Solo in another room, which is about as much advertising as Disney bothered with for the movie it seems.. I wouldn’t go looking for ILM while you’re there btw - it’s just a building. The grounds...
