As a former CPY instructor I wouldn’t recommend DTSJ. Every time I take a class here I leave disappointed for different reasons.
The most recent instructor asked for feedback right after savasana, so after class I asked (as all instructors are taught- we always ask if we can give feedback first) if I could provide her feedback around establishing a flow and getting the asanas down first before adding blocks and straps for up-leveling and she dismissed me saying I didn’t have to use props and “that’s how she prefers it.” Had she offered variations or the ability to not use props, that would’ve been helpful, especially when warming up in the first 10 minutes of class.

The whole studio is professional and the people there are just so sweet! Very helpful and nice.
The studio also offers towels and mats for rent and you can shower after the class.
At the moment they have an offer for a 1...
