Beach HOUS | Puerto Rico — Hotel in San Juan

I've had the pleasure of 2 stays at Hous in Ocean Park. My first visit was in the Pineapple Apartment, the one bedroom apartment on the ground floor. This was an excellent option for me as I'd just had foot surgery and since everything was on 1 floor, I could easily get around in my beautifully furnished apt. It's private and quiet, even with it being located right next to the main house. I love the decor and modern yet comfy furnishings. Friends kids spent the night on the fold out sofa and said it was quite comfy!

I came back to PR for a longer stay and selected the main hous, choosing the bedroom that opens onto a large balcony. So amazing to be able to enjoy my morning coffee there or a nightcap before bed. This time, I was able to enjoy all the amenities like the private pool and rooftop lounge. Friends came over each night to enjoy drinks and snacks up on the rooftop - so much fun!

I love this area of San Juan, as Ocean Park is so walkable to stores, restaurants and my fave bakery - Kasalta. Hous is located so close to the beach too!

OP is a safe neighborhood that's pretty quiet in the evenings. Since it's gated and access is limited to residents only at night, I felt very safe walking to the beach or down to the Numero Uno beach club for dinner or drinks.

The decor of the apt and main house is stunning and you can tell the owners took great care ensuring it looks great but is comfy for their guests.

My family and I recently stayed at the 3 bedroom unit of the Hous. The pictures do not do it justice. It is impeccable, with every amenity you expect from a luxury house. All the bedroom suites are spacious, with super comfortable beds and linens. Two of them open to a beautiful terrace, perfect for a morning coffee or a glass of your favorite beverage in the evenings. The salt water pool, and the gated grounds make you feel like you are in your own private resort. And the best part is that you are a couple of blocks to one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico. The house is in Ocean Park, a wonderful and safe neighborhood in San Juan, near Condado and many fabulous restaurants. The hosts are amazing! I know where I am staying every time I come to San Juan.
