Sunglass Hut — Attraction in Santa Barbara

One star can not express my dissatisfaction with the experience my family and I had at this store. While I understand the need to protect your display items, I was deeply disappointed by the rude and unprofessional attitude of the bold guy (wearing red shirt, doesn’t care his name)toward my family. He repeatedly demanded that we must be “extremely careful” when we were going to try their sunglasses, using harsh and inappropriate language. While I appreciate the concern for their products, the tone and manner in which this was communicated were unacceptable and made us feel extremely unwelcome. As a customer, I expect a respectful and courteous environment, especially when shopping with my family. This experience was far from pleasant and has left me hesitant to return. I hope the store manager or whoever is charge this address this issue with this unprofessional staff to ensure better customer interactions in the future. Hey there, So, I bought a couple of pairs of glasses from this store, spent a bit over $200 on one for me and one for the wife. They packed it all up real nice in this fancy little bag. Got home, opened it up, and found out one pair had the full deal - case, cleaning cloth, adjustment tool, manual - you name it. But the other pair? Just the glasses in an empty case.

So, I reach out to the store, let them know I'm not too happy about it. Their response? They say they can sort it out, but I gotta give them a call.

I'm like, why? And I never really got a clear answer.

I dropped around $400, expecting some quality stuff and decent service, but all I got was disappointment. Not recommending this store. Who knows how they'd handle a different situation? What if they sold something that could mess with someone's...

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!! I bought a pair of Oakley sunglasses from Sunglass Hut, and they sold me the display model without telling me. I later realized the box wasn’t original, and the sunglasses had grease near the ears and a small scratch—clearly not brand new.

When I went back to return them, the so-called "owner" was extremely rude and refused to honor the return, even though they knowingly sold me a handled, used product at full price. This is shady business and totally unacceptable.

If you’re spending your hard-earned money, go somewhere else where they actually respect their customers and sell what they advertise. I will never shop here again, and...
