🤝 Told they BACK their purchases... They NEVER (not even on the RECEIPT) disclosed any return restrictions

💥 BROKE THE NEXT MORNING!!! We returned it for repair on our way out of town

📦 Shipped to us two weeks later via FedEx

💥 BROKE AGAIN in the SAME EXACT PLACE within 12 days and on only the SECOND wearing 🚫 THE GOLD HOUSE REFUSED to accept return... said they would only RE-REPAIR it or let us purchase another piece... This is their "Store Policy"

I usually don't take time out to post reviews however in this case praise was much needed. I walked into a truly exquisite store thinking that everything was out of my budget. I had gone to our usual spot which we have previously purchased our engagement rings inlaid with Australian opal. a few months prior my wife and I realized to much surprise our opals had cracked and some had fallen out. We discussed the repair with the store we usually buy from and when they told us the amount we were baffled. We decided to think rather than do it on the spot. A few hours later we walked into Goldhouse. We were greeted with a smile and received full attention from several workers. We finally got enough courage to ask them about our repair and to our surprise it was 60 percent less and we received a warranty. We were promised our rings back within 3 weeks and received them less than 2 weeks later. When we got them they were better than the original day we purchased them.. My wife was in tears of joy we will definitely be in to make all our future purchases. Kudos Goldhouse staff. Thank you so much Nate...

Visited Santa Fe in 2009, and purchased a turquoise inlay with gold band. They took the diamond off my existing wedding ring (24 years old) and put it on the new turquoise band, had it ready by dinner time that day, and it was just the most gorgeous thing I've ever seen...

We were back in Santa Fe in October 2013 and took my wedding ring back to them since it was getting kind of banged up and I had discolored a few of the pieces of turquoise. We left the ring with them for the repairs, and they sent it back to us in Texas all beautiful and shiny and it was like a completely brand new ring again!!

While still in their shop in October 2013, we also purchased some new turquoise inlay with silver - necklace, earrings and bracelet. Very nice.

They are friendly and their prices are within reason. The workmanship of their jeweler is tremendous, and we will definitely go back when we visit...
