Worrell Gallery — Attraction in Santa Fe

Walked in to this gallery which appeared to have some fabulous pieces, with the intention of buying a piece for my new home. My phone rang, I proceeded to answer a call from my granddaughter, and as I looked up, possibly the owner, was very rudely pointing and gesturing for me to leave the store. I must say I was really taken aback, and I was going to continue my phone call outside anyway. The unpleasant owners disgusting reaction was completely unwarranted. I quickly and calmly walked out, ended my call, and stood at the entrance asking the I’ll mannered occupant if I did something wrong. Second time receiving paintings from this gallery. Both times frames damaged. Uses very little packing supplies. Well actually uses his trash. Empty cardboard boxes. Empty Kheils gift boxes. Very few pieces of styrofoam. And if that isn’t bad enough. Charges over $500 for shipping!!! Buy some real packing supplies with the money you are charging us. We love Walt Wooten paintings but because of these two experiences we will probably not buy from this gallery again. I have called and left a message but I don’t plan on hearing from him. I’ll give him three days. Because that’s the time it took someone from that gallery to call us back...
