I went to 10 Women Gallery to see Donna deSoto's ceramics. The gallery is a well lit space with the front door wide open and the woman behind the counter was well masked, so I felt safe! I was so glad to find Donna deSoto's work at a gallery! I have seen her work on-line at deSoto Ceramics and on her Instagram feed, so to finally have an opportunity to appreciate her beautiful glaze work in person was wonderful. This review is only for the ceramic artist Donna in the store. I bought a cup that is bigger than expected and she refused to even do a product exchange and use covid as an excuse. I purchased the cup during Pandemic, she still opens the store during Pandemic and her products have been touched by many customers everyday so using Pandemic as an excuse to refuse product exchange is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Be very careful when you make purchase because Donna sets all the rules and she doesn’t respect...
