Perhaps Iāve been living under a rock, but I was unaware that SkinCeuticals has its own in-person laboratory; it exceeded my expectations. I felt as if I was transformed into a spa retreat for an hour. I appreciated the phone call from Eloise, the receptionist, who delightfully reminded me of my appointment. With my busy schedule and disorganized life, gentle reminders about appointments I can quickly hurry to and make in time motivate me to strive for more organized tendencies and courtesies, such as those shown during my appointments with Jasman Naziri. I greatly appreciated the managementās understanding and compassion in ensuring desired results. I highly appreciated the discounted price for high-quality procedures and treatments conducted by a true healthcare professional. Jasman Naziri PA-C I have been quite careless in my journey with Botox and filler, and meeting Jasman in my late 20s was a blessing in disguise. I concluded my third session with her this week and have already learned so much. The attention to her craft and emphasis on the true keyāfinding a gentle handāis exactly what I was looking for in a surgeon. Jasman makes the cosmetic surgery department feel more scientific and respected for what it should always have been noted for. Our faces are canvases, and doctors like Jasman Naziri are gentle hands to trust. My mom has been getting Botox and filler on and off since she was around my age. When I booked my consultation a week ago, I specifically asked for the latest available time since Iād be coming from work. They scheduled me for 5:45 PM. I remember being shocked they offered such a late time and accepted. However, at 5:35, I received a call from the front desk asking when Iād be arriving. I let her know I was running about 5 minutes late to my appointment time due to traffic. Her response was off-putting ā she seemed irritated and told me it was āmy lucky dayā because they were still planning to accommodate me. She claimed my appointment time was at 5:30.
Eight minutes later, she called again to check my status, which added unnecessary stress to an already tight schedule. I told her I was doing my best to get there driving safely as she continued to call me.
While the treatment provider herself was pleasant and knowledgeable, the front desk interaction felt unprofessional and left me questioning the overall quality of SkinLab. I wish that instead of claiming my appointment time was earlier and being rude to me, they could have just apologized for the mistake and asked to reschedule, which I would have been happy to do. I called in feeling horrendously sick to cancel an INTAKE consultation only to be yelled at saying I should've called 2 hours earlier so that they could schedule other people (clearly cancellation policy not set in stone). When mentioning I did not want to go in due to morally feeling bad about getting her employees sick, this woman told me that she was more okay with getting her staff sick than waive a $75 fee for an intake consultation which is FREE. The wellbeing of your employees should trump any sort of concerns about getting a replacement customer. Clearly does not care about her staff or clients. This is not about the cancellation policy, and more so the attitude and the treatment I received. Iāve been a long time customer of SkinCeuticals and this experience really tarnished their brand. Treat your customers new or old with respect and empathy! Really disappointed in the way this clinic is associated with that brand. Speaks volumes to the quality of treatment they're probably providing there too....
