I went in for foot reflexology and she started at my head - it was a nice head rub until she suddenly cranked my neck to the side - I have pinched nerves and a bulging disc, so I jumped and asked her to only do my feet please. At the end I gave a 20% tip but she was not happy and asked me for another $5 - it was so awkward - I had to say no 3 times. Wow this was such an awesome overall massage. The staff was so friendly and calm and put you in a really calm and peaceful mood before your massage. Very patient and very attentive. There was hot tea and lemon water and wonderful service. The massage was thorough and complete and i left the space feeling so relaxed and all sore muscles were feeling relieved. great prices and great affordability for their services. I had the worst experience of my life at this spa. I came in with two friends asking for a one hour combination massage. They made us wait for 30 minutes and kept saying “hold on hold on”. Finally, they said they could take all three of us. We all got setup and undressed for the massage, and the male masseuse came into my room and told me to leave because they could only take two people. They kicked me out so my friends and I left. I will never go back to this spa again....
