ABSOLUTELY THE BEST NAIL SALON IN THE WESTSIDE!! SO FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING!! MY HANDS & FEET WERE WRECKED ... I HAD BEEN GOING SOME REPAIRS & PAINTING A COUPLE OF ROOMS IN MY APT. I CALLED THE SPA AND ASKED IF THEY HAD AN OPENING THAT EVENING BC I EAS GOING TO SEE MY BRAND NEWBORN GRANDSON FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER IN CARLSBAD THE NEXT AM AT 9AM I ASKED FOR THE LATEST APPT, THEY SCHEDULED ME FOR 615 (THEY CLOSE AT 7PM) IT EAS FRIDAY NIGHT I GOT STUCK IN TRAFFIC AND WAS RUNNING LATE I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHAT TIME THEY CLOSED THEY SAID 7 BUT WHEN I EXPRESSED MY SADNESS AND TOLD THE GENTLEMAN MY PREDICAMENT HE PUT ME ON A SHORT HOLD AND CAME BACK ON THE LINE TO TELL ME HE HIMSELF AND 2 LADIES WOULD STAY LATE TO MAKE ME BEAUTIFUL FOR MY NEW GRANDSON I ENDED UP ARRIVING ABOUT 730-745ISH AND THEY PUT A FULL SET OF GEL NAILS AND A VERY THOROUGH GEL PEDICURE, FINISHING SOMEWHERE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD OF 930 AND IT WAS MY FIRST TIME AT THIS SHOP. I FORGOT YO MENTION THESE 2 LADIES HAD WORKED SOLID, NO BREAKS SINCE 9AM THAT MORNING !! MY NAILS AND FEET LOOKED ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, I FELT LIKE A NEE WOMAN AND MORE IMPORTANT LOOKED MY BEST FOR THE NEW GUY IN MY LIFE!!!

Been here a handful of times. The place + equipment is spotless and the ambience is relaxing. Pedicures are excellent. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Prices are fair.

However, manicures leave something to be desired. Got a French manicure a few weeks ago with uneven lines, flecks of white polish on the pink part of the nail, and rushed application of topcoat which led to chipping the day after. Even though I opted for regular polish over gel, usually I can enjoy a minimal chip manicure for a week or so after! Note: I don't like to use the UV fans but I stuck around for 30-45 minutes to let the manicure dry.

I chose this business because of it’s great reviews. I took a chance and ended up being very upset. I came in for a soak off and was not very happy with the results. I complained to the front desk person and they worked on my nails again. After soaking my hands in an acetone bath I got another job on my nails. They were still not able to remove all the glue. When I was talking to them wondering why they could finish my nails as they looked like before ( I was used to use a buffer and make them shine) they didn’t care. They were just saying I need to pay for an additional manicure which was according to the person who did my nails around $58. I was almost leaving the store and Ed was standing in front of the door keeping me from going outside. My nails are not shaped or even to be close to natural and they still charged me $20....
