If I could give my consigning experience 0 stars, I would. Danielle is incredibly rude, and their experience and subsequent ability to price items is quite concerning. I had several $1000+ new boots thrown into a bin without their dust bags, leaving them scratched, and had to search for my items on the floor to pick up without any assistance. They priced NWT Golden Goose boots as $88 and immediately placed on the floor despite me responding hours ago to please remove them given the bizarre pricing. I received no response, but thankfully , I arrived before they were purchased. They labeled my Golden Goose shoes as “Vero Cuocio" - "Vero Cuoio", not Cuocio, is Italian for “real leather" , and is not a brand. Used Hunter boots on the floor are priced higher than new Golden Goose, Stuart Weitzman, and Prada. Additionally, they lost a single Ferragamo shoe and several dust bags that I had brought in, and refused to look for them. Very disappointing.
