Our team from Coca-Cola recently stayed at the Senna House during our off-site in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, and it was truly a delightful experience. I cannot thank the staff enough for their incredible hospitality, especially the front desk manager, MJ, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless.
From the moment we arrived, the hotel had welcoming feel. The interiors were hip and thoughtfully designed, creating a relaxing and enjoyable vibe that our team greatly appreciated. The check-in and check-out processes were remarkably efficient, and the staff also expertly managed the delivery of our gift bags to each room, which was no small feat given our group size.
The hotel's restaurant and bar, Cala, were excellent across the board. Whether we were ordering room service, dining in smaller groups, or enjoying a lively evening at the bar, the quality of food and service was consistently top-notch. I personally fell in love with their breakfast potatoes â so much so that I had them multiple times during our stay!
They did a great job on our group breakfast on the patio on the last day. It was a nice setting and provided a wonderful opportunity for our team to relax and enjoy one anotherâs company before wrapping up our stay in the area. Another thoughtful touch was the provision of a conference room to hold our luggage after we checked out. This was incredibly convenient and something I hadn't anticipated, showcasing the hotel's commitment to anticipating and meeting our needs.
Communication with the hotelâs sales team during the planning phase was exceptional. They were always responsive, accommodating, and eager to help make our off-site successful. This level of service truly made the coordination and execution of our event much smoother than expected.
Additionally, the hotel's location was fantastic, with plenty of things nearby. It was ideal for our business purposes, but I could also see it being a perfect spot for a vacation.
The Senna House provided us with an outstanding experience, from incredible customer service and a beautiful atmosphere to delicious food and thoughtful accommodations. I would highly recommend this hotel for any business group and am already looking forward to returning...
Read moreStayed at Senna House from March 25â30, and wowâwhat a beautiful hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was top tier. Huge shoutout to Charlie, Sam, and Kaylee at the front deskâthey were always smiling, super helpful with local recommendations, and it honestly meant a lot that they remembered our faces each time we came through the lobby. Yâall made our stay feel so personal and welcomingâdefinitely a +1 on coming back!
We had a room on the 6th (top) floor. It was on the smaller side, but absolutely beautiful. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was gorgeous, and we had some great views.
The second-floor pool was one of our favorite hangout spotsâit has a gorgeous view of the mountains. The pool bar was closed for the season, but my boyfriend and I didnât mind one bit. It was still the perfect place to relax.
Location-wise, Senna House is prime. We âWaymoâdâ (the driverless Uber!) a lot, which was fun and convenient, but honestlyâwe walked everywhere. The Fashion Square Mall is super walkable, and you pass by so many cute shops and restaurants on the way. The nightlife nearby is also incredibleâtons of bars, lounges, and great food spots all within walking distance. Coming from the DC area, we were seriously impressed!
Noise-wise, it was mostly peaceful throughout the week. Friday and Saturday nights were a bit livelier, but it didnât bother us at allâit just added to the fun atmosphere.
They also offer complimentary bikes from sunrise to sunsetâwhich we meant to try but got totally distracted by everything else going on (oops). As for the hotelâs restaurant, CALA, we didnât get a chance to dine there, but it was always busy and lively in the evenings. Even if the menu wasnât quite our taste, the vibe was definitely appealing, and you can order to your room or poolside which is a great option.
All in all, an amazing stay. Weâll absolutely be back next time weâre...
Read moreUnfortunately weâre staying here for 3 more nights. Dont book this hotel!!!!! whoever runs this place needs a lot more training and knowledge. Tried to have breakfast here this morning. Restaurant was empty!!! Hostess was busy at the time. (On the phone) waited 5-10 mins to be seated, asked manager that was walking around and doing nothing for a table she refused seat us and ask a busy hostess to seat us. Waited another 10 mins + to get service, once waitress came by, dropped waters and walked away, without Hi or bye. Not even a chance to order coffee. We left after that. No service. Came back for lunch. Sat at the bar, waited again for a while, the bar wasn't even busy, got drinks, waited again for a while to put food order in, nobody asked about the food or if we wanted another drink after we got it. âManagerâ was walking around and did not care. Came back after dinner. For a drink. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO USE HOTEL BAR!!! IMPOSSIBLE!!!! Hotel bar is filled with people that dont even stay here. (It was told by multiple hotel staff) we couldnât even get a drink here. So, no breakfast, no more lunch, definitely no dinner and no drinks!!!!! Manager (lady) that was working here today is totally incompetent to run this place. Today is 2/28 hopefully management can do their duties⌠and train the manager. This bar was filled by people that dont even stay here. Impossible to sleep here at 11pm or 12 or even 2am!!!! Its like youâre at a college party!!! Also room service/ beds and pillows not the best. Asked for a new set of pillows, never received it. Asked for room service also waited for a while. Will never book again. Whoever runs this place knows zero about management and customer service. Shame!!! Will share my experience everywhere! So people know. That this is like a college cheap hotel!!!!! Such a shame!!!! Truly impossible to sleep! Absolutely...
