I will preface this by saying I am a serial gym/fitness class hopper. I love to go around to different studios and take advantage of new student deals and just try new things! So trust me when I say that Inspire Queen Anne and Ballard are the best lagree fitness studios in the Seattle area! The instructors are incredible and consistent, with extremely helpful cues and directions and to make the most out of your workout safely. The classes are always extremely high quality and well paced (the time under tension is always perfect, transitions are well thought out and directed) it’s never a question that you will get an amazing workout. Before Inspire, I did CrossFit for about 8 months and did weightlifting on my own for about 3 years.
I have tried other lagree fitness studios in Seattle such as Studio45 and solidcore, and Inspire is worlds better. In other studios, the pace is off: often way too slow or way too much stuff crammed in. I’m just left really confused and unfulfilled. I don’t know how to describe it but the instructors at Inspire just seem like they have a good sense of how their students are currently feeling in that moment. Because I’ve never felt that I was rushed out of a move or in a move too long.
If I had to think of 1 improvement, it would be amazing if there was a shower if they were ever thinking of expanding or remodeling :) just for folks on the go.

Read moreI have been taking class at Inspire consistently since 4/2011. This is the 1st time in my life that I have been consistent with exercise. I would start go a lot then get injured and it would take a few years to try again. This method is all about form and slow movement. It has transformed my skiing, stamina, lowered my blood sugar. Read moreBest workout class you can find. I’ve been doing lagree at Inspire for over a year and I am a completely different person now, both physically and mentally. The classes are challenging and fun, and the instructors do a great job of creating new workouts to keep you on your toes. I have noticed huge positive changes in my body and strength. I also love to run, and my average pace per mile has improved significantly because my legs have gotten so strong from Inspire!
