There's no way to thoroughly capture the depth of intention, thoughtfulness, care, patience, and joy the team at Evergreen Garden School creates for their kids. Our family elected to follow this crew of beautifully talented educators when they branched out to start their own school...though the school is "new" the teachers are old souls of magic and wisdom. (Lol I know that sounds dramatic BUT IT'S TRUE!)

Seattle is a city that moves fast—with innovation and speed and creativity—and it can sometimes be hard to remember that our children can benefit from a few cherished years of slower, curious, compassionate learning. This school encourages caring for each other, caring for nature, and has given our son a beautifully consistent routine during some tumultuous years.

Our daughter attended another school with teacher Laura and teacher Dominic for a year and a half and followed them when they opened their own school. We love Evergreen!

The teachers are fantastic, they are very patient and supportive, and the kids have so much fun. The kids come home with new games and songs and things they’ve learned. We’re always amazed at what they have these pre schoolers doing; making bread, sewing, making books, doing puppet shows. It’s incredible.

We did some research on different early childhood education options, and the focus on socialization and student choice here seems to be exactly what we want. I recommend every parent check out the school and can’t recommend it enough

Can't say enough great things about Laura, Julia and the joyful and supportive school and community they've built.
