Went on a Saturday at around 10am and there was a bit of a line. Probably took about 15-20 minutes but I wasn’t keeping track. Got a kouign amann, a ham and cheese croissant($6 one not the $13 one), vanilla latte, and a salted caramel latte. The food was delicious, coffees came out decently quick. The lattes were actually sweet from the first sip, not bitter first sip and the bottom is sickly sweet with syrup. I had been to the location on western which is pretty small and best for a quick pop in rather than a get comfy and enjoy your food and coffee. Prices are a little high but they make the pastries in house and, not 100% sure if they’re house made syrups, the coffees were about $7 each but the syrups weren’t the cheapest ones they could buy. Everything felt higher quality so felt worth the price. Will definitely be back, maybe at not such a...
Read moreThis review is for bakery items (pastries) only:
This is one of the bakeries that’s in my saved list, (thanks to Reddit Seattle Sub) and little did I realize that Cafe Hagen and Freya are owned by same company.

Another instance, I tried their orange almond cake and that too was mediocre at best.
Overall over priced food items, for the (quality...
Read moreI normally don't leave bad reviews but this was a bad and weird experience. Worth the read. First, when we went to the checkout counter, the man behind it immediately turned away and then walked away to talk as we walked up. So a lady had to come over and help. Then we ordered a pastry, and the lady took a used plate with a cookie on it, put the hard cookie BACK into the display case, and then took our pastry and put it on the dirty plate. When there was a stack of plates right next to it. Then the man came back, asked what we ordered, and then asked us three times if it's here or to go even though it was on the plate to have it here. I have never been given a dirty plate before. Especially right in front of you. The togo kiosk was nice for the coffee and was...
