Over the last year, I have had the pleasure of receiving skincare and other treatments from the talented and caring Jacy Kenley. I am thrilled to share my exceptional experience and feel very lucky to have connected with her. Jacy possesses a unique combination of skill, expertise, and a warm demeanor which makes each session feel like a rejuvenating mini-vacation.

This review is only in regards to the Moxie treatment given by Samantha. I have had other services at Jaliza, like hair blow dry and a facial with Jaycee - which were both great. Those services deserve 5 stars.

HOWEVER I am posting this as a warning because I do not want anyone else to go through what I am currently dealing with. Samantha did my moxie treatment. After 2 months I have dark spots and hyperpigmentation from laser damage to my skin, my face from the improper treatment by Samantha. It was TOO strong for my skin. Now I have dark patches that were not there before. I am devastated. The proper information on how severe this treatment would be was not communicated. There was no Fitzpatrick test done that was communicated to me. The power of the laser and repetitions that Samantha used on my face was TOO STRONG. I had to cancel appointments because the proper information was not relayed to me what to expect healing wise. I was in pain for a week. It felt like a terrible burn, with swelling and redness and was too strong a shock for my system. The office staff was VERY nice, trying to remedy the situation, even gave me a complimentary facial. This is part of the reason I have not posted this sooner. However, if the treatment is done properly the result would not be so strenuous and still affecting me with redness and hyperpigmentation no nearly TEO MONTHS later. I was VERY patient and waited more than a month to post this, to see if any improvements would happen for the hyperpigmentation and redness I am STILL seeing on my face. I just made a dermatology appointment. I do not smoke or have any autoimmune issues. I put on spf more than ever now and am diligent with healing protocol for my face. I post this as a warning. I never had these dark spots before. They are Patches of hyperpigmentation. The practitioner was not working within the proper limitations a health professional is to work within - DO NO HARM. She went too strong on my treatment. I hope this is a lesson that does not have to be repeated. And if it happened to anyone else that they will share. Do not go over the limit on anyone's face with this laser. It's just plain dangerous. In my option this person should not be allowed to do...

Since I’ve discovered Jaliza and her beauty team I will absolutely recommend them every single time someone need lashes, lip blush, microblading, facials and body contouring. They definitely make you feel comfortable and beautiful especially if it’s your first time for anything. I’ve had jaliza do my lip blushing this year and I love everything about them. From the color, the outline and the procedure, it’s definitely worth it. Now for my facials and body contouring I’ve had the honor of being worked on by Jacy, she’s so sweet and definitely is there for your beauty. Every time I get a facial from her I always fall asleep because of good of a job she does. My face is absolutely glowing for weeks after I get my facials from her. For the body contouring I saw results FAST! Jacy definitely gets in there and works. literally after the appointment you can see the difference and I love how she goes over the aftercare, Super concise yet detailed oriented. This beauty lounge is number one in northern Arizona in my opinion and I love the fact that they all continue on their education too. So there’s always new styles or procedures that they offer because they put their time and money for us. What can you not love about that?
