10/10 we had so much fun. Customer service at this location was amazing. Everyone was kind and laid back and as someone who hates asking questions I had no problem talking to the employees. They were quick with the check in process and gave us a map with lots of trail options.
If I could go back - I would do a 4 hour rental instead of 2. I thought 2 would be a lot but in reality it’s only enough to do one trail. I didn’t realize how many areas there were so would definitely recommend more time. We still made the most of it.
Not a complaint but a suggestion - it would be helpful if a microfiber towel was kept in the glove box or something. Of course it rained when we were there! But we were basically blind the last 30 mins till we found an outhouse and had to wipe down the muddy/wet windshield with toilet paper to be able to see. I will say watching my boyfriend with his head out the window in the rain being pelted with mud was a highlight lol. Also - maybe a walkie with the batteries out? We had nothing go wrong but in the event we had, we would’ve been f*ed because I think the cell towers were out that weekend. We’ve never had that issue in Sedona before?

Read moreWe recently rented an ATV through this company and were appalled by how they handled a tire issue that occurred during normal off-road use (it was a trail they recommended we go on first to get used to the vehicle). While coming down from the the trail, we got a flat tire from a rock. We called them and they came to fix it. Then, when we returned it, we were hit with a $400 charge for both the tire and the rim.
This wasn’t due to reckless driving—just standard off-roading on terrain the vehicles are designed for and on trails they recommended. If a rental company can’t factor tire maintenance into their business model, they have no business renting off-road vehicles in the first place.
To add to our frustration, this rental was facilitated through the Hyatt Regency, and we will be contacting their management to express our dissatisfaction. A resort of that caliber should not be associated with businesses that push liability for worn-out equipment onto their guests.
We will also be leaving this review on other sites to warn others. Rent at your own risk—inspect everything, document the condition of the tires, and be prepared to be charged for wear and tear that should be the company’s...
Read moreFrom the moment we pulled into the parking lot, the staff were kind and welcoming to us. They took their time describing the trails to us and asked us questions to determine which trails would be best for us. The owner and the entire staff were friendly, kind and funny. You can tell that their team gels well together and that they enjoy what they do. No high pressure sales tactics and they were very laid back.
The vehicles were very well maintained and all of the suspension and brake parts were brand new which gave me confidence that the vehicle would be safe for me and my family on the trails. The trails they recommended were awesome and the views were spectacular! The staff also took the time to review the proper operation of the vehicle with us before we left and the best way to operate it on the trails. They even had a cooler in the back of the side by side with ice in it for us to use. They made the entire experience completely painless and easy. I highly recommend these guys!
