Columbia Factory Store — Attraction in Silverthorne

Rude employees and bad customer service. If I could I would give ZERO star. Last weekend, my friend's family and I went on a ski trip and stayed in Dillon. We went to this store and purchased a pair of snow/hiking boots for my friend's daughter. Unfortunately the boots didn't fit. We decided to see if we could return or exchange with a right size. Bad experience started - we explained the situation, but the employees just say No, Can't. My friend's daughter was so upset. One of the employees even said "we have many other customers" when I commented on her attitude to treat customers. My friend and I were all shocked.. I couldn't believe what we heard.. Columbia is a big brand, I used to like it. After this experience, I would never buy any Columbia product, and I would not recommend it to any of my friends! I'd really like to ask the store manager - You really don't care about...

Went to the Columbia Outlet to purchase new ski pants/bib and jacket for my growing 6-year old daughter. Selection in her size was limited (XS) but still found grow-with bib and an XS jacket - not necessarily in the colors that I would have chosen (bright purple bibs and bright pink jacket) but my daughter loves them and easy to find her on the slopes. They were both 50% off lowest price. Plus my mother had stopped at the outlet's visitor center across Blue River Pkway and gotten a $20 off (if $100) coupon plus a 10% off total coupon. They allowed us to use both coupons ($20 off first then 10%) so we saved a lot on the ski clothing plus a few additional items for myself and my mother. Overall a great experience - got what I was looking for plus a little bit more - for what I think (hope) is...

me and my husband are in Colorado for our honeymoon, a first for both of us, so we decided to do a little hiking and find snow when we immediately realized we needed proper attire. so we decided to go to closest store and that was on the way to our resort. we had the pleasure of being greeted and helped by Jenn, debbie, and Brandon. they were absolutely amazing. they were so helpful and nice. now that me and my husband have seen the beauty of Colorado we will def be up here more if not move here and will def come back to this store as well as refer family and friends that...
