This guy is not the business owner or doesn’t care about business. Went in about a half hour before closing asking about repairing a phone. He didn’t say hello, didn’t ask what the repair was, didn’t ask if we could leave it, didn’t ask if we could come back tomorrow. His response to my stating… ‘Hi, I have a repair I need on my phone…’ His response? “Not at this time of day.” Didn’t say anything else. Not even a sorry. Turned around and walked out. Don’t waste your time here, they don’t want your business. Unprofessional, dismissive and rude.

Read moreI knew I had water damage in my 3 year old LG phone but wasn't sure how bad, and I knew I had backed up my phone but wasn't sure where (sd card/cloud). I got a diagnosis a couple hours after drop off and what parts, money, and time would be spent if I decided to save my phone. I went back. I didn't get the name of the man helping me, but he was beyond informative in answering all my questions. After I decided I wouldn't wait for repairs, he went online and compared specs of the unlocked phones he had for sale and personally recommended the more durable phone for my needs. I thought that would be it, but he then helped me set up the device. Turns out you can reincarnate your phone across brands if backed up. The cherry on top was the deal he gave me on a brand new phone after paying to diagnose a phone I parted with. Exceptional service and timeliness, and I really like my new phone. 10/10 would highly recommend....

The owner, Julio, was very kind and generous and gave me fantastic directions on how to fix my issue. After following his clear instruction I still had an issue running the PC (due to user error) so I took my rig into the shop. After just moments Julio had identified the issue, fixed it, and called me back to the shop to come pick it up. He knows what he doing!!!! A lot of so called tech guys act like they know what they're doing but Julio has experience!!
