Went there last night; ordered two pizzas and drinks at 7:15pm, which they only take 20 minutes for pizzas I was told. For this location they bring the food to you. First my drink was flat, so I had to go back and get another drink, time lost (7 minutes) from the movie to go back and wait in line. Then after 40 minutes with no food, I had to leave the movie again to see what the delay was.
The cashier kept going back and forth to see what happened, then comes back saying there was an issue with the oven and it would take another 45 minutes. UNACCEPTABLE! I told her we've already waited 40 minutes, now 50 minutes because I had been there with her 10 minutes and now she says to wait another 45 minutes for something that takes 20 minutes? I asked for a manager because at this point the movie would be over by the time we wait another 45 minutes, given 50 minutes had already went by.
The manager came and said the cashier was wrong and it won't take 45 minutes, maybe 20 minutes. MAYBE?? I told her I've now missed an additional 15 minutes of the movie plus the time lost from movie getting another drink earlier, then, my drinks are watered down waiting on pizza, and we're starving. All she could do is give us popcorn or full refund with no pizza. Had I wanted popcorn, I would have gotten them which I already get free with my rewards. She said that's all she could do. If I get a refund, I'm stuck with no food instead of her at least giving a refund and giving it free due to inconvenience and time I've missed from movie I paid for! UNACCEPTABLE! Then to top it off, there were knats flying around in the theater room making it hard to enjoy the movie. I had to keep my drink covered.
Eventually by 18 minutes the pizzas finally came. Of course the movie is now almost over and we have watered down drinks from the long wait. The pizza was okay but I was so mad at the extensive wait times on food, time in lines, lost time from movie, watered down drinks, and the clueless cashier, I was too mad to even eat, plus I'd have to stuff it down since movie was now almost over. Not to mention the knats flying around, I couldn't enjoy the pizza if I wanted to. I missed half of the movie that I paid for with no reimbursement.

Read moreOn the evening of 9/6/2025, my husband and I caught a late showing. I left my phone there, and we decided to turn around to retrieve it because it had only been 10 minutes. Sure enough, the theater was not completely closed. We stood outside banging on the doors while employees ducked and dodged us for about 45 minutes. They would look and turn the corner or turn around. So, I disabled my phone and decided to return in the morning, as the website states that the theater opens at 11:30 am. I arrived at that time and began knocking on the windows again, trying to get the attention of at least one employee for at least an hour. She even came to the ticket counter, looked up, and turned her back. At this point, the company's phone was giving a busy signal. Finally, at 12:15 pm, an assistant manager answered the phone and told me he would be at the door. He came to the door with my phone, and I expressed concern about their customer service and lack of attentiveness. I asked for the names of specific employees, but he brushed off my request and proceeded to tell me that he and the team had just arrived minutes before. I refuted his claims, stating that I had seen at least 6 employees during the time I stood out there waiting. I am 7 months pregnant and my pregnancy is high risk; my phone and doctor's numbers were not available to me for at least 24 hours. While I know that my phone was missing due to my negligence, it would have been nice to know that people still value going the extra mile in customer service. There was food, popcorn, cups from the moment you walked past the ticket booth to the theatre!!! There was trash everywhere!!! The counter where you add butter to your popcorn was extremely nasty. I asked was there a manager present and the young lady asked what was it about!?! It’s about how nasty it is in here!!! There were several staff members standing there and they looked at each other. Once walking in the theater, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the 11 a.m. showing (I was attending a show at 10 p.m.) there was popcorn and food everywhere. We had to wipe food/popcorn off of our seats to even sit down. My son went and got a broom and dustpan he saw upon entering to sweep the floor in front of us! One of the seats were inoperable so we had to move down a seat. When we went back for drink refills they had finally cleaned the area some.
