Dollar Tree — Local services in Spanish Fork

I have to revise my prior review because the store has made changes to their restroom policy. The manager told us that the women's restroom is no longer available to customers, and that we must use the Men's, because they don't want to have their restroom dirty. We have been in to the store 3 times since and the Men's restroom is still not marked at a unisex, it has been filthy dirty and unuseable every time, which is very inconvenient when you have a 3 year old! I have had to ditch my cart and leave to take her to a clean restroom, so frustrating! I am so disappointed in the uncleanliness and laziness of the Manager, and the lack of respect for customers is appalling!

Prior Review: This is a larger dollar tree, they have a great selection of shipping supplies, hair accessories, and Holiday. I can't ever find wreath frames though, and their everyday ribbon selection...

I usually love coming to the dollar tree but this last time I went I was very frustrated. There was only one employee checking people out with a huge line. The manager and another employee were standing at the check out next to the one all the customers were at just having a full on conversation. Their conversation wasn’t even about work. It was about their personal life’s. What really got me is the one employee that was actually working was handed a 50$ and had to walk over for the manager to check it. So she hands it to the manager she checks it and then carries on with her conversation…this store needs a new manager. The other customers were complaining...

I usually go here but it's been almost 5 months since I last set foot in this store and today was the worst the cashier had a horrible attitude raised his voice and if he was bothered that much he should of taken a moment to breathe instead. when I handed him the money he snatched it out rudely and after checking the 50 dollar bill he made a comment of " big spender now that everyone has gotten their stimulus check" so thank you for that reminder of how some people assume that money is just handed freely but doesn't know how hard someone has come from losing everything or worked to be able to afford a little something in life that can bring joy to...
