Tasteful Moments Catering — Local services in Spanish Fork

We originally found Tasteful Moments on The Knot for our January wedding as I had a few food allergies and wanted to find a caterer that was reasonably priced who could accommodate my gluten and dairy intolerances among other guest allergies. We came across Tasteful Moments Catering and from the first bite of food at our tasting, we knew this was the caterer to go with. As a wedding planner myself, I know many catering companies can get incredibly expensive but Wes was clear that he wanted to charge fair rates for his service and product. The food was well seasoned, delicious, and accommodated for seven different allergens! We received many compliments after the event on how great the food was. The team members at our wedding were professional and went above and beyond to assist our coordination team in setting the tables, serving the food, and keeping everything running smoothly. They even plated meals for my husband and I and checked in on us regularly if we needed anything so we never had to leave our table during one of our only restful moments in the day. The only thing to be aware of are some lags in communication around the busy season (as is to be expected) but otherwise a wonderful experience all around and I would easily choose Tasteful...

We recently had a wedding and we catered from this company. Unfortunately all did not go as planned. Although the food was good, the services provided were a debacle! Our appetizers were not set up in the correct place with the drinks, so our guests were left stranded having to go down to another area to get food. The staff that came to assist were all teenagers and were not properly trained. One of them said he was in middle school! Our tables were not properly bussed and we and some of our guests had to stay back after the event to pick up broken glass and glassware that has been left on the tables. We called the owner the next day to talk about what went wrong and all he could do was deny that anything was their fault. He kept blaming the wedding planner. We would not recommend this company for your wedding...

A month before my wedding, they added on over $400 in fees because of a mistake THEY made in the contract. I told them it was unfair to make me pay it if it was their mistake, but I needed them to still cater my event so I agreed to pay it, if given a new contract. (As this one was now void since they violated the agreement). They refused to give me a new contract. I still have to pay the extra $400 because it's too late to find someone else and I won't be given a refund. This is terrible business. Would give them half a star if possible. They should not get away with this. DO NOT BOOK THEM.
