-1★ These people are absolutely terrible.. after 3 different scenarios with them we decided to leave this rating... First of all, about 2 months ago we stopped on the outside of the store looking at rings as we were buying new rings for our anniversary and they didn't have time for us... 🤔.. We purchased 2 rings at another place there in the mall that very night. 😝😝... Furthermore, they are not consistent.. Two weeks ago we took a 18K chain there that needed a clasp put on - and they wanted $80.00... I walked it 200 yards farther down to Zales and it was $43.00.. Zales repaired it no problem... The day before yesterday I took a pendant there for repair that is stamped 14K and they told me that the stones were fake and they cannot fix it.. A G A I N.. I took it to Zales which dispute that Saying it was an easy fix.😁😁 So, it seems to me these people are absolutely nothing more than in the sales of it.. They absolutely don't know anything about jewelry or repairs or how to service their clients = which leaves us with absolutely no interest in them at all... We are very active and sometimes can be hard on our jewelry and were looking for jewelry professionals.. These people are what we would consider cheap and do not know what they're talking about.. They can only sell what they have because they're told from the manufacturer who and what it is... Their knowledge base is quite small.. 😁😝 We absolutely do not recommend them and we will never step foot inside of that store again... We have found that all of the other jewelry stores which we have purchased from are far more knowledgeable, has better sales prices and better repair prices... We advise anybody to shop around before they go here because we absolutely cannot recommend them nor would advise anybody to shop here..... UPDATE = Tony is it... 😁 Thanks for your response Tony but it appears if you look at your near 300 ratings a good percentage of those are 1★ (one star) one posted you busted his watch..🤔🤔 Another posted that just like us the first time we stopped by another woman says you didn't have time for her either. .. another one with the stones fell out and you can't fix it 4 months ago..🤔 Another poster terrible work.. etc etc etc. 🤔🤔 IN FACT = There is over a dozen one Stars so I'm sure I'm not your first rodeo but nice try on the comment..😝😝😝 your apathetic and complacent attitude is on full display with your remarks..😑🙄 is probably why you get these ratings.. and always cement in concrete my rating was spot-on 😝😝😝 In final your not the cheapest - But your work is by these ratings... nice try on that...

My husband bought my wedding set from these crooks. We got married in 2013. Before the wedding we actually purchased another band to add to the set. I had the "expert" jewler there sauder my rings together, HUGE mistake. They did a horrible job. The craftsmanship was terrible to say the least. One of my bands had to be completely replaced because when the jewler resized it, he bent the band so bad it bent the top part where the diamonds were. To make matters worse, the bottom of the bands were so thin when they added the metal they broke on my on my WEDDING DAY!!!!! Oh and to add insult to injury, they blamed it on me saying it was normal "wear and tare " (I had the rings less than a week) Just recently within the last 6 months the top setting that housed my diamond solitaire broke off completely ----- once again this was chalked up to "wear and tare". They promised to fix it like new when I complained of how it was loose and kept bending at nothing. As of today, it has broke off again! I refuse to take my ring back to these people to get it fixed for the 5th time! I have had nothing but problems with the people who work there and their less than quality products!!!!!! I will never purchase anything from them again! Take my advice, if you purchase anything from this establishment make sure and get a warranty! You will need it! And be advised if anything happens it will be chalked up to it being your fault. They do not take responsibility for their jewelry or stand by their repair work. Go to somewhere...

It sucked! I bought an engagement ring from them before valentines day so that I could propose! I had it sized and when I picked it up 2 days later it was terrible! It looked like my 12 year old sister had done the work! By the way I live an hour away! So they said they would fix it! Well guess what when I returned the third time it still was warped and looked like a 5 year old tried to fix it! So now I wasn't able to propose on Valentines Day like I wanted, and 3 trips so I'm frustrated! Well finally after 5 trips the ring looks good but I'm out of a lot of gas and time! When the idiots could've done it right the first time instead of the 5th! Not to mention they were supposed to ship it to me the last time but I called and tried to ask and was put on hold and could never find anything out for 2 days so I drove down here again! HIGH RECOMMEND NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING ESP something as important as proposing to your future wife! I mean it sucked and I could say a whole lot more but I'm trying to be as.sweet as possible to the people that cut my a deal to start with and ended up costing me who knows how much in time and GAS! HE DID SAY HE WOULD GIVE ME A DISCOUNT next time! Haha no give that discount to the next idiot that...
