I've been a customer with particular store since 2009, I have brought this same watch in for repairs countless times over those years as well. This was the first time with their new crew that I had a horrible experience and because of the longevity of the experience I will not be back to have any repairs done. The manager is bland and was very unhelpful. My watch was sent off to repair 1 screw in the band, normally fixed in the store prior to them but was told it had to be sent off to the local repair man. A month later when I was told I should be able to pick it up and no word from them I call and im told I had to give approval for it to be done so I did. Another month and a half goes by and no word, I call and was told they didn't know anything about it. Finally after being told the manager would call me back I waited and to my dismay she never called. I spoke with kelsey multiple times and she was the most friendliest and helpful out of everyone. They ended up sending my watch to California to citizen itself with no notice that was being done. Finally was able to pick my watch up in December when I dropped it off in Sept and was told it would be a month for me to pick it up. Was told that it would be 6-8 wks before the item would come in. Was called last week and was told that the item was ready to pick up (with the understanding it had been sized as well). I go to pick up the ring this week and was told it had not been sized and would have to come back another day and get pick it up. In the meantime while waiting on the ring I would call just to get updates, etc. No one that I spoke to seemed to have any knowledge of what I was calling about. I was super impressed by her. Customer service was fantastic! She went above and beyond to help me with my engagement ring I brought in for repair. And a special thank you to the jewelry repair lady in the back of the store! She even informed me of a special incentive that Helzberg has for customers who live far away and canāt get inspections bi-annually (Iāve been a customer for 7 years and sheās the first to mention it).
