Have been here many times. I don't know if this girl is new but she needs to be gone. Have never had any problems until this condescending rude obnoxious green haired brat took my order. That she messed up. Probably intentionally. So she should intentionally get fired.
Update : the company replied to my review. I understand the review didn't really give any details but they really didn't ask for any. I would be happy to share how this girl was completely out of line. I'm quite sure I'm not the only one she had acted like this towards. In fact, I just scanned the reviews and saw someone else with the same review. I've tried giving this girl another chance. I'm fully aware of how a really horrible interaction with a previous guest can affect your entire day. But this is a well known phenomenon of customer service and its almost an unwritten requirement to be able to handle for this type of job. So even if this was the case, she had zero reason from my interaction. I know two other girls that work there and I am fully aware of what they go through. For that reason, I was actually extra sensitive to this blue haired girl because it was the first time I saw her and didn't know her to be able to have any expectations. Imagine you approach a stranger that is in a wheelchair and you try to be extra polite, courteous, and sensitive to this person and they reply irrationally with very rude words. You would think that person is crazy and just walk away, right? But what if that person is handling your food and money? You would probably create a medium to leave reviews so that the management can listen to. Something like Google reviews? Yeah?
Update 2.0 may 2024. I was in a rush and this same girl was here. It had been awhile since I saw her so I decided to try and be as calm and nice as I can. I even tipped her. 1. She gave me the wrong order. Instead of chicken Chipotle wrap, she gave me 2 sandwiches. I didn't even realize until I was already halfway out the door. The bread was stale so I threw out the bread and ate the roast beef (I think). Next day my stomach was aching all day long. I'm sure this was intentional. There was ZERO reason for this as if any reason would suffice but I was courteous and friendly. And I even tipped against my policy of tipping cashiers that stand there and don't even do anything tip worthy. So now I will be reporting to the boss. Done with this waste of person. If palms keeps her, that tells you the kind of people...
Read moreI ratting Tommy (The sandwhich creator) 5 stars!!! I asked the cashier and the manager if the earl dressing has dairy they said "I don't know..." I think it is important to know these things i used to work in the resturant business as a waitress and bartender and host I had to rememberize the ingredients in every food and alcoholic items.
The fact that they don't know is a bit said. When I was in school the teacher always said if you don't know something go find out and If your don't k ow the answer just try to guess or put a happy face on the exam.
They said I don't know so I said can you please find out. So they asked Tommy and he said no. Although I don't 100% trust these answers as it may be easier just to say no if the customer doesn't want dairy or yes if the customer does Tommy stopped what he was doing ram out to me by the counter showed me a card that showed every ingredient in the dressing which contains olive oil Dijon mustard and a few other ingredients i forgot but it has no dairy. So I told the manager and the cashier well now you know it has no dairy so if a customer ever ask again now yall know. Manager turned her back and ignored that and did her packing order the cashier was laughing saying I forgot already I'm not going to remember. (Red hair girl) I'm not trying to put you on the spot but girl you need to have a better attitude maybe it the younger generation they clock in clock out get a pay check and don't care about the job or the...

Earl of Sandwich is located in the food court of the Palms. They have plenty of tables around for you to dine at, and the food court was kept clean.
Visit #1: I came on a Tuesday around 1:30 PM and there was no line. After I ordered, they gave me a buzzer. It took about 7 minutes for my food to be ready. I was recommended The Earl's Club ($8.99) which was good but small in size. The sandwich was also lacking meat so I felt like I was mostly eating bread. The bacon was cooked nicely though - not burnt nor too soft; I just wish they gave more as well instead of little strips (reference picture). I wasn't full after eating this so I don't think this is worth it and would rather go to Subway.
Visit #2: I came back on a Friday right before noon and it was busier than Tuesday. I was going to try the Turkey Apple & Brie but they didn't have the brie at the moment. I was recommended the Buffalo Chicken Wrap ($9.49) instead and added cucumbers ($0.25) to it. It was so refreshing from the tomatoes, lettuce, & cucumbers. The chicken is definitely not fresh and has the texture of the ones I get in the can or those plastic packages. They put a lot of buffalo sauce which made the chicken spicy and gave the wrap flavor. This was much more filling than the Earl's...
