Panda Express — Restaurant in Spring Valley

My food arrived very very COLD. I ordered with Uber Eats, so I was able to track everything real time. The driver picked up and delivered in a timely manner, I live just down the street from Panda Express, his drive took 8 minutes total. The whole thing however.. took almost 32 - that means my food sat for over half an hour before getting to me. I suspect my food was pre-prepared long before the driver arrived, which is unacceptable considering it was a small order, not hard to make (one plate and a side, no drink) and Panda already keeps their food heated in those silver tins. I didn’t expect it to be piping hot, but warm and fresh would’ve been nice. I tried calling several times after to speak to a manager about the issue, but the phone rang and rang then hung up because “no one is available to take my call”. I think they were busy, so they lazily pre-prepped my order and let it sit. It would’ve been even worse for someone who lived further away. Unacceptable- complete...

This is my go-to spot to pick up fast and reliable Chinese takeout on those days when I'm too lazy and tired to (cook? no) eat at a real sit down restaurant. Sometimes you just want to veg out on the couch and watch murder documentaries you know? Palms Casino is right down the street from me and it's an easy bike ride to come over and pick up a 2-item or, if I'm extra hungry, a 3-item box of good time. They have a great selection of healthy options as well, like beef and broccoli, chicken and string beans, and chicken and mushrooms. And when I feel like being bad, I get the orange chicken and it never fails. I like that they don't automatically give you a bunch of sauce and utensils and you have the option to take what you need. Horrible customer service experience I had a Panda's associate lady who was the one charging me at the register she claims that my card showed declined on her end mean while on the customer side by card slot and window showed approved. And of course I checked with my bank on the charges and I had my bank reverse the charges It was approved.These kinds of errors are ok and they tend to happen,What's not acceptable is the reaction and treatment of the Associate from Panda's she was rude and not very helpful in this situation . I work inside the Palms Casino I will never go back at this location ever again, I will save myself being embarrassed by anyone else in this panda store. That's how I felt after I left this Panda location. Thanks...
