Unknown — Restaurant in Spring Valley

The Unknown is the new center bar of the Palms. The location makes it a great meeting/staging place for your friends.

White and/or marble ceiling, walls, counter, furniture, etc dominate the decor theme. Colorful polka dots adorn some walls on one side of the bar. You get a very classy South Beach kind of vibe which includes the 3 piece Shark art exhibit showcased in the center of the bar. The clean design of the Unknown also makes it very social media friendly for the influencers out there.

There's gaming at the bar and they carry top shelf booze. The bartenders were very pleasant and professional throughout our drinking session.

Vegas Bars: Beers $10+ and Cocktails $15+...this is the city norm for trendy bars which includes the Unkown. After that, ambiance, service and mixology will determine your overall experience. The Unknown has their system down and I'd definitely consider swinging by again next time I'm at the...

Pre-movie tank fill at The Palms. Nursed the $18 Buffalo Stampede until showtime. Though the liquid did not reach even the midway point of the Palms-branded cube, the cocktail was strong, and the spiced sugar lent a delicious contrast. Atmosphere: Lots of white marble, cream and gold, punctuated by the multicolored dipping dots on the walls. Centrally located in the casino, low walled, music from the floor. TVs were imbedded into the pillars, a good non-intrusive way to maintain the sleek lines of the bar. Then, of course, the eponymous segmented shark over the bottle display; shades of Hannibal. Beware of fraud here! Take a picture of your receipts folks!!! The server girl that is super pale with white hair and glasses I believe her name is Taris will give herself quite the generous tip. She added charges to both my receipt and my boyfriend’s aunt. Hers didn’t even say what the additional was for it was just added under her drink. We brought it to her attention and she wasn’t apologetic whatsoever and just said “it’s fine” over and over. I checked my transactions a few days later and even after being confronted she threw on even more, maybe hoping I hoping I wouldn’t notice??? Not cool...
