I always love going FYE but I just had a horrible experience. When I went to check out I was asked about my membership and I was under the impression it was free but then told it wasn't so I told them I didn't want it. I thought we were done but I heard the woman tell the cashier to "just tell her it added without us noticing and slip it (the panflet) in the bag." I noticed the card reader ask for permission to sign up so declined. So they then told me I have to sign up if I want to buy the items. They told me as soon as I leave I can call and cancel. So I do, but then the lady on the line, very rudly, tells me I have to wait until Monday to call and cancel. I was lied two twice by the two cashier's and I feel so disrespected. The fact they tried to sneakily get me to sign up for a membership I didn't want and then lie saying I can cancel it immediately makes me so incredibly upset. I don't like leaving negative reviews as I've worked in customer service. But this was so sneaky and gross. If this is how they're training their cashier's then I'd think twice about...

I know retail associates are required to get sign ups for things and I wanted to be nice and provide my email and address, however, the man completely lied to me and did not tell me I’d be getting charged for magazines. Was told it was just for email coupons and such. Really disappointed and will never ever buy from this company again. I suggest you never give them any information or even use your card at this place. Who knows how much they will steal from you....

I’m trying to drive them away.” — an employee speaking to another employee when my friends and I were not even ten feet away. Silent store, no music, TVs off, messy store, employees just standing at the counter and not acknowledging anyone walking in and out. One employee had their feet up on the counter. I’ve shopped at this store a hundred times before but I don’t plan on coming back. It takes five seconds to just say hi. It takes no seconds to NOT crap-talk the customers that make it so they have a job to be lazy at in the...
