Surprise Towne Center & Marketplace — Attraction in Surprise

Nice stuff! There are a number of tasty restaurants from where you could get some fabulous take-home or, in some cases, eat inside. Their food is always good! The last time I ate at Panda Express, I had a double-order of Beijing Beef. MMM!!! It was deee-licious!!!! There’s also a Walmart here, in Surprise Towne Center, plus a Home Depot. I don’t think there’s a Lowe’s, though, there may be a Loews across the way, at the other shopping complex where Target is located and there is a Ross Dress for Less and a furniture/bedroom store. Bottom line: Surprise Towne Center has a nice stable of lucrative shops and restaurants and other businesses, all making money, hand-over-fist, the Sun City West method (“money, money, and more money is the almighty thing”). The stores are ok and the food places are top notch. HOWEVER, whom ever designed the parking lot OMG it's horrid at times. I feel as I'm taking huge risk with my family. People fly down the one isle from the light to Walmart on the other. Lord help you if you need to cross or turn the whole length of this isle. Over by NY Pizza backing out if a spot can give you a breakdown. People don't give you a break. When my son was 4 a lady backed out of her spot and hit the shopping cart he was seated in. And to Mt disbelief no apology but was furious I was behind her.

I adopted a kitten from here recently. The staff was great however it turned out that the kitten had a upper respiratory infection and we had to take her to the vet. A big bill, 3 medications, and having to keep her quarantined from our other cats for 2 weeks has really soured my feelings about them. Though I know they are just the middle man, and the rescue who had her previously should have known, I feel like they should have someone keeping a closer eye in the pets up for adoption and this could've been a non issue!
