Post edited a day after: placed down to 1 star after talking with whoever said to call her and she accused me it was just miscommunication. In my eyes, it looked like misleading information, which she denies, sadly. She also kept on saying she will do something about it once I send the receipt and I did but she didn’t do anything.
If I’m a business owner and if something is posted on my website and my potential customer sees it and even has a screenshot, regardless whether that promo already ended or not, I would honor it because it’s literally posted there.
Overall, this place has great customer service. Great ambiance, clean, nice vibe, and very attentive staff. My attendants were amazing. I forgot her name but the young lady with curly hair is extremely nice. For its price, I would say it’s slightly a bit high for the output. (Spa pedicure which I thought already included gel color turned out to be 76 (58 + 18) and then gel manicure for 44.
The only reason I gave it 3 stars is that it didn’t honor the new customer discount they promoted on the website. As I was paying, the lady showed me the sign they didn’t honor it anymore but it would have been helpful if the website explicitly mentioned it. Read moreNow, I am a very reasonable person. However, if you disrespect and belittle my partner, force her to pay before fixing your mistake, then we have an issue. My partner informed me that the workers were fine, no one's perfect. The manager on the other hand, whether it's from overly defending her employees or just some type of detriment in her personality; is abysmal. I called to follow up on what happened and she immediately hangs up on me. Thinking it was bad service since we are visiting Tampa for our anniversary, a fact that I informed her about when making the appointment, I called back again. Only to be sent to voicemail, I gather my patience and call back again, once she hears my voice, she immediately hangs up again. Now this isn't after me berating her or being disrespectful on my end. For whatever reason, she can not handle a professional and calm customer service call. If she is not the owner then I highly suggest that the ones responsible for this establishment begins recruiting for her replacement. Read moreI really don’t even like leaving negative reviews but the more I sat and thought about the experience the more it upsets me. I stopped into Tampa nails lastnight while my son was at football practice up the street. I planned to get a pedicure but once I found my color I wanted a full set too. But upon walking in I was never even greeted, never told what to do. Everyone just sitting around gossiping waiting on clients or just not friendly/professional at all. Finally the nail tech comes to do my pedicure. Doesn’t even speak to me. I never asked for a full set because the experience was nothing to brag about & again she never even spoke to me - so lost out on that sale. So for $75 plus a tip she didn’t deserve - I got my toes painted. She never turned my massage chair on, the massage she did give me was rubbing, barely even touching me. No pressure. Terrible terrible service. I was hoping for way more since I’m in the area 3/4 nights a week. But I’ll never return. Regardless of how convenient the location is.
