Long wait times up to 10 mins. Inexperienced employees in the past 2 months who act like you interrupted their day by buying something. Then when asking for a coil that you see behind the counter, on the wall, you are told they dont sell that one or are out of stock. I have been told by both the younger girl and the guy in the evening I had to return the past 2 coils that they sold us that they dont or have never carried it. Again this is the same person who sold them the day prior! Often unless you buy the whole box the foil on the packages us cut exposing the coil which is not sanitary.I cant really depend on my fave ejuice flavor because it is usually out of stock too! I would return ifthe owners came back because it was really better and I felt welcomed shopping there. Owner tried to charge me the original price, based on a 2nd tag located in an inside, side seam of jacket. A few other jackets were marked down in same manner with tag located in the neckline. After much haggling back and forth, owner finally honored her marked down price after I told her I wasn't interested in purchasing either jacket... because she was refusing to honor her markdown price. Read moreWas sold an Atari by the owner with no power cable, was given a good deal and promised that I would be able to return if it didn't work with my setup. (It took a few weeks to find the right cables). The controllers were broken, and the Atari turned on and off while changing colors but I couldnt get anything to work. I spend 175 and tried to return and the folks working had to call and ask her what to do. She said all sales were final and that I coudn't speak with her. Had to wait to call the store after the holidays with no guarantee. They said they didn't even have enough money to give back to me. My instinct is that they are going broke and have to go back on their promise.
