I've lived in this area for over a decade and have loved this store until seeing how they handle their potential associates. Management outwardly discriminated against my mother for her age, and led her on on three separate times that as if they wanted her to be a part of their crew. Why not just say you don't want her instead of wasting our time with haughty words and hopeful emails? For months. Many businesses have been taking advantage of the Covid-19 pandemic to be lazier and less considerate of their customers in the guise of protecting the public. As a retail worker myself, I know it's an inexcusable sham. I would suggest giving your hard earned money to another location that adheres to the company's values.

   Read moreSo I felt like I needed a bit more pseudo-culture in my life, and what better way to do so than to some slightly over-priced candy and soda based on the simple fact they come from across a body of water?
The store was actually oddly quiet, usually many have some kind of music, but supposedly a manager is nursing a headache and no music anymore. Though that weirdness doesn't stop there, the soda is always talked about being quite extensive, but if that were the case, it looks like booze took over half of what cpuld been drinks overall. They had some weird options, but most were basically available in other stores.
At least there was some candies that are a bit more exclusive to the store, so picked up a couple bags. They even have chocolate...
   Read moreThe customer service was perfect however, I wish they stood up for their employees and customers better. I had a horrible encounter with the nastiest human I have ever met and it escalated into a yelling match because I was attempting to protect the cashier, who was doing nothing wrong. This horrible person continued her temper tantrum and was still allowed to stay in the store and be served. Managerâs please do better at keeping your employees safe and do not allow them to be abused for a few dollars. Yes, you may lose a customer but why would you want that kind of person in your store. I would personally rather be surrounded by decent humans when shopping. I would be fiercely loyal to a store that had a zero tolerance...
