Poor poor service! We got the hangout package, which included 2 hours of bowling time, pitchers of beer or soda & wings & fries. Our chicken came out cold, raw & hard. The kitchen workers have no hair nets or hats, hair all in the area theyre prepping food. Ive worked in food services before & their kitchen is NOT up to the standards to should be. I needed napkins when theyre container ran out & the girl worker rolled her eyes & huffed she had to get more. The bartender was being rude and very vague about the rules about drinks. I should be allowed to order two drinks. She wouldnt let me get another drink without bringing back my PLASTIC CUP! Insane! What happens if i threw it away? She never clarified in the beginning. Also the front desk clerks were short with us. I brought in a cup of orange juice to help my cold & had medicine with me, after being in the building for an hour one of the older workers came & told me i cant have it & tried to take my cup.. MY OWN CUP. Excuse me, rude ! So they made me take it to my car, even though she saw it was almost gone. After coming back in they preceeded to give me dirty looks. The bathrooms were dirty & doors barely closed. Bugs on the floor, not very sanitary. If an inspector came place should be SHUT DOWN! On my way to the bathroom i noticed another party of people with outside food and drink. To make sure i wasnt losing it, i double checked their rule of no outside foor or drink... so im just confused as to why i couldnt have my drink & why the other people could have their food...? Their parking lots is a sink hole of a lot of pot holes everywhere, think i got a flat tire honestly. Its flooded beyond being able to walk in & not get wet. Read moreI have had my credit card information stolen from this premises by one of their employees earlier this year who tried to buy Playstation games with my card information. Luckily fraud alert set in and Igot my money back although bowlero tried to deny and continues to deny their involvement, dont knock the place for a few bad employees but they wont look into who is stealing credit information which is a felony. Maybe that why the lolice are always there. After my recent visit last night, my roommates cousin sold a fidget spinner of quality craftsmanship to the son of the owner or Manger in charger they came at me very rude and threatening, and tried to say I "took advantage of his child" ambiguous wording sir i didnt try to touch your son he is a thief and you are enabling bad behavior in a young child... Ok brass tax, sketchy overall development horrible staff and management who threaten returning customers who spend good money trying to have a good time but I get threatened by the staff because of his child poor decision making and unaccountability on their part... Read moreBeen there several times(easy walking distance from my house). Every time was average until I had a mechanical issue on a lane tonight. Talked to an employee that was very friendly and came over to watch us bowl a few frames. The lane seemed fine while he was present but told us if we had further issues to talk to management. He left and we started a new game. Immediately the issue returned so we went to management. The manager Pat was instantly rude and told us this was the first he heard of the problem. I explained that we'd talked to another employee and just wanted to restart our game on another lane. The original employee that we talked to came over and said that we had talked to him and that the lane was having issues. Management finally agreed to move us over one lane but refused to restart the game because we were 3 frames in. I told the manager that the lane was messing up for all 3 frames but he refused to restart the game. Finally I agreed to just bowl out our games on another lane. My girlfriend bowled one throw and the second lane stopped working. At this point I decided to leave and ask for a refund. The manager(pat) refused to refund our money and was very argumentative.
