This store is a complete waste. They made a promise for their alterations to my fiancés dress and before she receives the dress the alterations are so bad that she calls me hysterical. They messed up her wedding dress a week before the wedding and then tell her she can get a 70% refund and the work done to her dress wasn’t their responsibility. Meanwhile the person who took my fiances measurements tries to pull one over on her like she didn’t have eyes. When she asked for a manager this woman pretended she didn’t speak English. What a shove to the garbage for customer service and just a horrible display to craftsmanship . I could understand if they said from the beginning we don’t do alterations but that’s what the store is about. When I called to follow up I was told by a person who could hardly speak English that it would be in the following week. I call back the following week, because no one called me back and spoke to the owner, who was incredibly rude and basically told me the dress had not come in. He said I would have to wait for the next shipment and still could not guarantee it would be there.
