Primal RC — Attraction in Town of Clarkstown

Thanks for sticking by me through all of this for last couple months trying resolve my problems and being generous enough to send a transmitter, 2 recievers and even a complete wiring harness with the saftey switch wiring. I definitely wouldn't have figured out the problem without your help! I still believe the Raminator is definitely worth the money. It's sad that the connections on the wiring isn't made so the problem I had wouldn't happen because the female wiring plug does have a special indent in it that would make it impossible to plug the male into it but the male wiring plug doesn't have it. I want to share that knowledge and hopefully others can benefit from it. Thanks so much for your help. You really support...

Drove from PA to NY to Primal Rc and glad I did. The entire staff was very nice and helpful. We dealt with Steve and the owner and couldn't be happier. They answered every question I had and they even let me son try out some of the rc vehicles in there. They are not pushy and try to sell you something that you don't want or need. We spent about 2 hours in there between my son playing with the rc cars to them answering all my questions and giving me a breakdown and tips on the Mega truck I got myself. Even though it was a 3 hour drive it was well worth it in my opinion. Thank you everyone at Primal Rc and keep up the great work...

Great place great people. Danny was very nice gave me a break on a buggy because he didn't have the one I wanted in stock. He explained to me how to run the buggy so I wouldn't damage it. also what upgrades to install when I get a chance I will definitely be visiting them again Customer service is great I just wish they were open on...
