This is the worst company with which I have ever done business. They take your credit card and charge it without permission and without communication. After dozens of requests asking them to communicate by telephone, text or by United States postal service mail, they continued to communicate exclusively by email which was a robot email. Their service contract covered NOTHING at all but was simply a “customer rate” of service for everything. When we attempted to communicate that WE are the customer (not them) they seemed confused. I called HQH&C when I realized that the unit cooling my wine room wasn't working. Tuns out the unit that I had had installed when I built my house three years ago, wasn't new at all. It also didn't have a filter and and gotten clogged with leaves and debris which had cause it to blow. Nick from HQH&C was knowledgeable, friendly and sympathetic. He ordered me a new unit (for real this time) and installed it a few weeks later along with a new thermosat. The new unit works great.
